Hoisin Sauce - 400ml
4 Garlic Cloves (Minced)
3/4 Tsp Grated Ginger
1/2 Tsp Crushed Chilies
1 Bell Pepper
1 Onion
1/8 Cup Rice Vinegar
Cornstarch Slurry (1 Tsp Mix With 2 Tsp Water)
1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp Ketchup
2 Tbsp Sesame Oil
Garnish With Scallion/Green Onion And Sesame Seeds
