(Generator Rex) A Lesson In Leadership 

The series is a good way to understand someone who comes from military families and I think that in my point of view that Generator Rex was about Tradition vs Change

I greatly appreciate how White knight is always included in the team in some way or form in most of the episodes. Small things like giving orders on the screen don't entirely make him feel left out. While coming out in a suit makes up for his lack of powerful entrances. His inclusion is balanced out with the others so well and plays a big part in S3. Being able to manage a team of 5 people is impressive with giving each other the required amount of screentime. (Holix needed more in S3 ngl) It could have been 6 if Noah was also made important other than being used in filler episodes for the majority of the time. Would love a video about how Noah could have been written better or balanced out. Noah doesn't feel too close of a friend to Rex imo. It's really because of the lack of bonding episodes like lockdown.

I don’t disagree with some of White’s decision making and recognize that he’s forced to deal with an insubordinate teenager. But I do think he let his personal feeling and hatred of E.V.O.s influence his decision making too much, which in turn soured Rex’s willingness to follow orders.

Probably my favorite moment with him was when he gifted the sword Six originally gave him to Rex. Yeah I know Six was the one to actually give it to Rex but we all know where he got it from!

Though flawed he may be. He was always willing to stand up and fight for what he believed in, even when the odds were stacked aginst him, and victory seemed impossible.

He was overbearing but not evil, I understand why he is the way he is but I think you should exhaust every other option before choosing violence which he didn’t usually seem to wanna do like when Rex wanted to get through to Tim minchin so that he wouldn’t have New York get nuked. White didn’t even give him the info on him he wanted, he had to ask his friend now to do it.

White Knight was a necessity in many ways. He had to make balance calls based on the information he had. If I remember correctly, some of those high death count events had Rex fail to do the job so he prepared contigencies to contain the issue. I wouldn't call him a good guy or bad guy, just the needed guy. As much as he was spying on Rex, he was probably spying on his superiors as much as he could, because with how little he trusted Rex with his power I doubt he would trust the consortium with their power.

Leadership is extremely important no doubt about that.

I think it would be interesting to make a video about Caesar Salazar. How he displays some autistic tendencies and how others like Rex or Van Kleiss perceive him because of it. Was he right after all about his "end justifies the means", or is he guilty for how the Nanite project turned out, TWICE. It seems like a lot of questions about his motivations remained unanswered.

Thx for shedding light on this underrated show I remember watching and loving the show only for it to disappear Now I have seen all the seasons it had to offer and they're just amazing and would be on par with OG Ben 10 and hope it gets it due

When White Knight committed coup d'état against Providence after Black Knight took over, I finally started gaining a bit more respect for him. Not only did he show that he has an unconquerable sense of Justice ,when Providence tried to change its policy on how they handled EVO’s and how they did things, But he also showed that he refused to go back to the old way of [kill or contain] when Rex vanished, showing that deep down inside, he truly had changed and grown to see EVO’s not only as senseless rampaging Monsters but as tortured souls trapped inside their own suffering. White Knights characters arc and progression from Cold, Caclculated, Apathetic Boss to Stratgic, understanding, and adaptive Leader was one of my favorite parts of Generator Rex and believe it or not, I actually was able to fully understand and comprehend this greater dilemma in White as a child when I was 10-12 years old watching Generator Rex. Of Course I always hated White whenever he did something to endanger the lives of EVO’s or sacrifice others for the sake of protocol. (I had a tender heart after all) But when all was said and done, and the Guns were on the table, and White Rebelled against Providence’s reformation policies, I knew in that moment that White Knight knew what was Right. Honestly seeing him again after Rex traveled through time and went into the future, made me want to jump through the screen and give him a Big Hug. Just because I could tell how much he had changed in the time Rex had been away and how selfless he had been in ripping off the collar that the consortium threw around his neck just to keep him in place. I love White Knight now, and it wouldn’t be an exaggeration to say he’s one of my favorite characters in Generator Rex at the end of the series.

White Knight never trust E.V.O and the Spider menace.

The content of this show would have been so much more interesting in an adult or teen oriented show... These ideas are so much beyond something a child would understand. I will always be grateful for this show, but an anime would be so good.

He was both. You can be both a complete piece of shit and a savior/good leader. There are alternative methods that also get the job done that don't include being a massive asshole in the form of Rex but Rex is a rash impulsive teenager who was raised in a cage for a decent amount of his life and is a poor leader in many ways other than his ideals and his powers.
