Also want to add, check all solder points under a magnifying glass. Found many that had tiny concentric cracks around the post. They looked fine at a casual glance, but developed no or high resistance continuity.
Thanks for taking us thru this. Just picked up one of these for $500 and working on the drive motor. I wonder if it could be converted to hydraulic drive?

Hello I did some tinkering with it this weekend. I do have the manual with the ev-10 diagnostic book. I checked the voltages and all POWER /GRD were normal to the ev-10. I did find that the brake interlock input was defective. I then found the brake control board(the one that sits over the ev-10) had about 12 broken solder points. Resoldered those up, and the drive WORKS!
I still need to repair the onboard batt charger and figure out why the platform slave cylinder is failed. The platform is now hanging vertical after sitting for years.
