awesome option really, i might get one later, right now i want to make videos but honestly i struggle because i don't know what to shoot, i sometimes feel like it's not for me and its kind of a bummer, still im trying to get comfortable in front of the camera first and the we'll see, anyways stay safe bro have have an awesome day !

Definitely worth a look Andy! You should practise. I used to record the same video a few times in a row before I started to loosen up a little on camera. I'm still not where I want to be with it though. Loads of room to grow and let my personality out. I read a book once that said the first 1000 videos you do will be bad and awkward, but eventually, it'll start to click! This holds true for the videos you make that never get published online for others to see. It's important for you to learn at the beginning so don't be afraid to make one. then scrap it and make it again and again until you feel you sound good. They all count toward that first 1000. ❤

Connor Dunne yeah you’re right ! There are a lot of videos I’ve done but never gotten to upload because of that “fear” but I’m starting to loosen up little by little ! So I’ll definitely keep practicing ! Keep up the awesome work bro 💪🏻😎

just ordered one of these (thanks for the link), looking forward to having a decent camera setup on my desk. My desk is big enough for a tripod but it is very awkward to make it work so looking forward to not doing that. :D

Well now, I might have to keep that arm in mind, especially with the flex arm and a cell phone mount, as I've been wanting a fixed camera system for doing overheat shots of my painting desk... So I can join in on showing off whatever I'm working on when in Google Hangouts, or such. It's nice, simple, and doesn't take up much space, which would be really, really handy.

If you just want to mount your phone, get a cheap but nice mic scissor arm, a reducer thread(3/8" to 1/4" female to male) and a ball and socket mount. You could get it much cheaper and works just fine.

Thanks! It was more for recording videos at the desk! So it's more efficient and less in the way from wanting to start a video and doing it! I suppose it being nice for Twitch is a beautiful coincidence 😂😏

Hey Sean! I think you'd be alright as long as you're keeping the cameras centre of gravity over the pole/ballhead. My G9 with a grip and 10-25 lens isn't far off 4lbs and is ok... but I wouldn't go putting it in any strange positions. Just a level set up
