Christmas Breakfast Casseroles | Super Easy, Prep-Ahead & Absolutely DELICIOUS!

Queso Hashbrown Casserole
30 oz. Bag Frozen shredded Hashbrowns, thawed
1 medium Onion, diced
1 cup White Queso Dip
1 cup Sour Cream
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 cup shredded Sharp Cheddar
Seasonings of your choice: I used salt, pepper, garlic, and onion powder. + Paprika and dash of cayenne.
Preheat oven to 350. In large bowl, combine all ingredients. Grease 9x13. Pour in hasbrown mixture. Bake 45 minutes - 1 hour.

Jen they look delicious we like breakfast for dinner alot these are great ones.wounder if the hash brown casserole would be good also with cheddar cheese soup instead of cream chicken and the caso with jalapenos.❤

Hey Jen. 1:41 I usually put my tater tots in the pan in the oven while it preheats. They keep some of their crispiness and the casserole bakes faster.

These dishes look great! ❤ I will say, I have an extreme 💗 soft spot for those embossed dot serving pieces, now this one you said is pioneer woman I guess I have seen her use it but in a different color. I'm into white dishes because our colorful food really pops on them. Anyway, what size is that white scallop embossed dish? I found a different brand on line but Walmart has the listing posted wrong and calling these dish set a 12-piece dining set instead of a 3-piece serving set. I found a round serving bowl with the same or similar pattern too. Neither are Pioneer Woman.
