A lot of times you get the animation and the sound that you deflected the ability, and it just fly through you though. Pretty inconsistent ability.

@@eyedontlose8836 for me it's usually Mei's ult which gets me the sound and animation que and still not deflecting. I'm much luckier with widow shots, but since I hate widow so much, I just can imagine how furiating that must be.

@@jptrady1997 My point was that in lower ranks you can get away with stuff more easily so genji is not that bad. In higher ranks you can win if you are good bit when it comes to gm most of the time people can just shut genji down.

Genji has always been in the meta. He is literally the best hero in the game but obviously it comes with a cost. He’s hard to play as. His counters can wreck him like brigg. If one can master Genji, then the game is alrdy over. Genji doesn’t need buffs or nerfs. He’s good as the way he is.

lol no im in high diamond/low masters in all seasons and I can tell you Genji is usually bad in diamond and often decent I masters since masters genjis are Genji mains with hundreds of hours into him and him only gold...I don't even know what to think about there since ive never been there

Its kinda annoying when if you want to get value with genji the risk is disproportionately high and even you pop off you die. Every other hero has lower risk than genji with much higher reward. Like playing genji is the most riskiest thing you can do in overwatch.

@@atlantisstorm393 If blade got buffed it would probably be broken. The only thing I would change about blade (which is more of a bug fix if you ask me, is that last slash at the 6 second mark almost never counts. Not sure why, his blade is essentially 5.5 seconds because of that.

Masift I know, it gets really irritating that I doesn’t register the last slash. There was a bug for such a long time that Genji couldn’t even deflect at the end of the blade because it would instantly end. They don’t even fix bugs for him, let alone buff him

Genji still isn't good and it's not because his kit isnt good it's because his kit is inconsistent as in hit registration of deflect, wall climb not working correctly, and blade hits dont register sometimes.
