Tell DAZN either pay Canelo what he asks to deliver the trilogy fight, otherwise I will sue you everyone for everything. Once GGG sticks up for himself, DAZN will find a way to make it happen. But if he just goes along with Canelo's bullshit, and leaves it up to Canelo, they will keep delaying it. It needs to happen now.
37 years old, avoided like the plague when he was young and in his prime still puts up a great fight for us boxing fans against a dangerous young fighter who had the chance of a lifetime. Whoever is booing this man, is not a real boxing fan! GGG deserves the utmost respect to still be fighting at this level. Most other top tier fighters, specially offensive minded are long retired at this age or have been knocked out, or fight MMA fighters like Floyd. GGG cares most about the fans, thats why he fights like that. Derevyanchenko fought a hell of a fight and came very close in beating GGG, but he also landed a ton of questionable very low blows, where he could have easily gotten points deducted by a different referee.
Great post bro. Some of the ATG fighters of the past got knocked out n humiliated at the tail end of their careers. Its a joke how the racists and fanboys just keep disrespecting this man. Canelo trilogy needs to happen next. GGG can still undo many of the injustices of his career with an official win over Canelo. GGG found something late in their rematch. Canelo lacks the punch output, stamina, and footwork of Derevyanchenko. Every fight is different. GGG can still beat Canelo, in fact wider than ever with the right gameplan and being better prepared for the low blows, hopefully understanding that in the pros they let you punch much lower than the amateurs and for once taking advantage of that _himself_ to land those punches on _Canelo_ repeatedly, even when the ref warns you a few times, until a point is taken. Those extra landed shots help you win many many rounds, so it's still worth doing even if you get one point, which is just one round, taken away later. If GGG can finally learn that fact, instead of being ignorant about it fight after fight, including this latest one, then he can still actually dominate Canelo 10 rounds to 2 or something like that, and maybe drop him or stop him late. #CaneloGGG3 needs to happen next.

I saw it.. Ggg winning 7-5. Sergiy was his toughest opponent. Ggg not best performance but considering he was not 100%well he still hung in there and got the job done. Never seen Ggg wobbled. Sergiy knocked down. Sergiy shook. Sergiy cut. Sergiy face messed up after fight. Considering that Gennady is in his late 30s beating younger athletes in the game. Withstanding some brutal punishment from top contenders. He deserves the credit and some slack because he doesn't end all his fights with knockouts. He's human after all a humble and gentleman. Well worthy of being known or hailed as one of the goats.
GGG constat jab wasn't there like he used to do. but then again Derevyanceheco style could have been the reason. He wad always in close on his chest, pure trench warfare. Would love to see this rematch again.
Derevyanchenko's jab was pretty good too, as was his head movement and attack on GGG's body which made Gennadiy reluctant to throw as many power jabs as he usually would. He definitely was an uncomfortable opponent.
Great fight. If anyone out there had an issue with the cards I would recommend watching the fight again with the sound down and looking for head snaps. Sergey fought a hell of a fight but the scoring was correct. He outworked GGG in some rounds but GGG def did more damage. And a lot of the punches the dazn guys were celebrating were being caught on the gloves by ggg a lot of the body shots too. Just like Canelo 2. A whole lot of shoe shine not a ton of hurt, a little hurt, a few headshots and that one big body shot but not alot other than that. That JAB tho, lol never gets old to me. One thing I can say tho is GGG needs to stop going backward. Just stand your ground and no one will beat you. Sergey gave GGG his toughest fight tonight, much more than Canelo did. Warriors.
Biggie Mauls exactly! I watched it again and scored it 115-112. Canelo did the same thing in the first 6 rounds of fight 2. Once GGG started pushing him back the fight changed. Unfortunately he didn’t try much until the very end to push back in this one.

Great fight Love GGG for awhile now and would love to see him go on for awhile,but thats a real fight at 37 and Serigiy 33.They both had there times in the fight but that was GGG hardest fight by far!!!
@Mr. X yeah it seemed too obvious and kinda misleading bc the punches that were thrown by Sergiy were landing on the gloves or shoulder. Occasionally there were good punches landing but nothing serious. I think this GGG would've won KO if he had been healthier and apparently his hand was injured before the fight, which would explain his punch output being lower.
GGG won this fight. I had it 7-5 for GGG. Sergiy face was really bad compare to GGGs face it really says it all who won. I feel GGG should go back to Abel. Cause he well have big problems fighting top Middleweights, his style like this, and I'm a big GGG fan. He needs his old style because the GGG with Abel Sanchez would've destroyed Sergiy easy. Dude do you not pay attention? Gennady slips punches and blocks them so subtly it's crazy. Why do you think he had hardly any damage done to his face? He blocks body shots with his elbows.
When you land both hands you control opponents in a better way... or jab and then rigth hand, combinations, also also as you did in the end of first figth with Canelo. Landing both hands and moving head to sides to avoid punches. Fast and with Power is beast mode. Blessings Champ 🙏

Those highlights didn't show Derevyanchenko's best moments... I wonder why? Well, This channel is "gggboxing" and he did get the win, so they have to frame the video in a way that would show that he won. I will give them credit for the slow pace and ominous tone, not so much that the video would show GGG being scary; but this being a hard fought bout. I'm not saying who won and who lost, I'm saying it was close. I need to watch it again.
I was sitting pretty close to the ring and wasn't effected by media and unofficial scorecards. I couldn't rewind it and watch it again. I wish i could rewind it and watch it live again. GGG rocked derevyanchenko in 7 or 8 rounds and he definitely deserved the decision.

Derevyanchenko presented many challenges Canelo does not, so don't be fooled by this fight. GGG found something the last 3 rounds of the Canelo rematch. With a smarter gameplan, and hopefully finally understanding that it's worth it to punch low in the pros and do extra damage and get extra points even if you get 1 point taken back later, GGG even at this age can still dominate Canelo, wear him down, and even drop him or stop him late. Look how tired and hurt Canelo was the last three rounds of the rematch. Now imagine GGG actually punches Canelo back low all fight, and uses more combination punching like he did against Derevyanchenko, how worn down Canelo would be even earlier. That's why I'm saying, even now, GGG can still stop Canelo late, but he needs to understand these things.

Derevyanchenko's face at the end of the fight says otherwise lol. GGG blocked a lot of Derevyanchenko's punches which appeared to land when watching the fight live- close fight but GGG had him edged.
Not really, everyone had Golovkin winning by 2 rounds. Its was definitely a bad performance but he didnt lose the fight. If his opponent didn't have the cut early on, the fight would have been much tougher for GGG
Ppl saying his new trainer doesn’t fit his style but being with able for so long and trying to adapt to new changes can be hard ! Also Sergiy is no easy opponent so trying to display those different tactics would be difficult. A rematch would be cool or bjs and Andrade will be a good fight
It was hard to see G getting hurt like that, he took so many punishment. It seems as he had aged 10 years, he literally was fighting for his life in there, what the fuck is Banks doing with him? That is not the GGG we all know.
GGG should retire based on that performance. I think hes accomplished everything already and will go down as a great middle fighter. He should stop pursuing the Canelo fight I think its a dangerous fight and I'm concerned for his health.
