2023 was a great year for Genshin, sure the filler events were a bit much but I believe all of them have their moments I loved it, especially giving us nice relationship with Sucrose and Collei, however if we're talking about Fontaine, yeah... I would consider this the best year for Genshin.

Watching all these rewinds shows us just how much Hoyo has progressed with trailers and content. From finally meeting the Spring Fairy, getting further context on Guizhong and of course, finishing off Sumeru and the introduction of Fontaine and all the lore drops that came between them… 2023 was amazing for Genshin. Hopefully 2024 will continue to impress!❤

What a good year for Genshin- especially story-wise. The story telling just gets better and better. Also the latest summer event with the carnival was so fun and yoimiyas story quest as well as neuvis and furinas were so good- definitely got my eyes teary in moments. I can’t wait to see what other stories there are to tell, and of course, I can’t wait for Natlan!

We can all agree that Fontaine is the best current version ever. They all have the drama, suspense and plot twist you can ask for. Such a great time to witness this and we all looking forward for Natlan and Snezhnaya!

Due to my device can't handle the storage anymore, I had to stop playing it. However, I'm still thankful for Genshin to be part of my life, I can't afford Nintendo and Western consols so genshin really was an amazing experience ❤🎉, Merry Christmas & Happy Holidays everyone!

2023 was my favorite year of all, I started genshin at update 3.3 but when i started to finally understand everything, it was at update 3.4 where i got xiao for my first 5 star in 20 pulls. Update 3.6 was my favorite event of all, showing kaveh's lore and everything. And even fontaine in it made everything better, i love genshin and it's getting better and better with their cutscenes. 🎉❤️

2023 saw the addition of my favourite characters (Lyney, Neuvillette, Furina), the best region and story yet, and overall just a rather fun year. There were certainly some bumps in the road (filler content, fandom debates, lost fifity fities), but I'm honestly happy with how this year has gone, genshin wise.

What great year it has been for Genshin! Fontaine being the absolute highlight of 2023. I don't know how Natlan's archon quest can surpass Fontaine's, but we'll see. Next stop: Natlan 2024.

Honestly the ongoing game awards shouldve gone to genshin not cyberpunk. Cyberpunks release is such a flop, just because its fixed, its now the best ongoing game awards while genshin stay consistent and became better than what it used to be. The next 2 years is probably hsr awards if genshin devs keeps things like this.

I remember while I was like, AR35 to 40, rushing to sumeru in the last few hours for the event with the free faruzan, fighting the sleepiness to try to finish it, but to no avail And now, a happy furina haver at AR 57. What a great time to be playing genshin.

i missed out 25% of the events (3.6-3.8 and i only regretted not playing yoimiya's) and was planning to not return anymore but after seeing many of neuvillette's cutscene in 4.0 and version 4.1 trailer so i decided to go back and get him. the archon quest were not boring at all, i could play hours for it compare to sumeru's loop quest. i still remember playing 4.2 till late night, those twist and turns, ride of emotions, it had really made me love genshin once more. definitely one of my highlights of 2023

I really hope next year there will be an event where Nahida just gets a break you know? I bet she and Klee would get along great lol. But this year had some high highs and low lows. Like having Venti and Zongli interacting was pure gold with poor Xiao being the icing on the cake. Some of the sub events were like sucker punches. Poor Childe really getting his butt whooped in the Fontaine archon quest from Neuvillette pounding him on stage to Skirk just yeating him into that opening lol. Hopefully by the time we get to Snezhnaya he'll be fully recovered lol.

I started playing since Sumeru and i thought that Archon quest was the best in an emotional sense. But now after Fontaine, I can't imagine how amazing Natlan's archon quest will be. Been digging its' lore since 3.2.

I missed out on getting Eula. I didn’t start playing Genshin impact after I finished armored core 6 fires of Rubicon. It was like around September 29. I started started playing Genshin impact. I was too late to get Yula. I missed out because of overwatch 2 Fortnite it’s gonna be 2024 in the week. I don’t wanna wait for another year for Eula because I don’t wanna wait for another year because by then I’ll be playing GTA 6 with my brother.

Oh man, Fontaine. So good. The post-AQ quests like Dain's have a high bar to meet. Dain's quests are usually fantastic, anyway, though. Fontaine has a very good chance of being my favorite nation.

@@MiyuKawasaki3.4 was still amazing for Lantern Rite but I did not play through 3.5 and 3.6 only because my old phone broke 2 times in a row so I bought a new phone but after returning to Genshin Impact in 3.7 I was still kinda disappointed because the main event was boring for most expect the part where Paimon casually introduces the literal Elctro Archon to Charlotte and the backstory of TCG and the rest was lackluster. So I guess ignoring the point 5 to 7 is the best way to remain hyped up and fresh for the new region
