Every journey has its final day… don’t rush. ~ Zhongli Those words hit home, the journey feels as recent as yesterday but it’s been 3 years already. The fabled Switch release, eventual PS5 release, the first Lantern Rite, Windblume, Inazuma expansion… all the changes we went through. How time flies!
Dang dude, thanks for the trip back down memory lane. I have a collective 1142 days in the game, started on October 10, 2020. We and the game have come a long, long way, and we've still got a lot more to go. Cheers, y'all 🥂
Superb video! Something like this should've been done by Hoyoverse themselves! Not overly long to include all the cutscenes, but long enough to insert all the important moments. It was so great to watch! I've forgot a lot of moments from those days. Enjoyed to reminisce all of them. Thank you!
3 if not 4 years ago now by the time people watch this, yet it's still my favorite era The best time to be a genshin player was the nostalgia at the beginning Mondstadt supremacy
I didn´t start in 2020 (i started at december -november 2021), but I can get related bc, when I see the first things I feel the nostalgia bc, I watched all the trailers , all those stuff, when I started to play I felt the game different, sometimes I feel that now but I always gonna remember when I started this beautiful journey
Even after all this time, my favorite cutscene is still the beginning one where the twins first try and leave Teyvat, and the fact that it isn't even the original planned cutscene makes it so much better for me. ♡
god. what an incredible throwback. im so so so happy i started playing this game when I did, it's changed and impacted (pun intended) my life so hard and I wouldn't trade it for the world. looking forward to the next rewind!
Y'know, I may have played Genshin since Summer of 2022, but just seeing the early moments in Genshin is what I miss, sure the story gets highly better during Sumeru, but all the other 3 nations are mostly just build ups, However just the early experience of the game was fun, I miss early Genshin.
To me the only build up was Sumeru era, everything connected to it is easier to understand only now in Fontaine (for example, Sorush’s area). While Inazuma has a whole ass Enkanomiya wish they will drop something in Fontaine as huge as this area in meaning of lore
I started playing at the tail end of 1.0. Realized I was in TW/HK/MO server and had to move to play with friends in Asia server in 1.1. No regrets tho, these years have been fun.
She's meta in challenges cuz when she turns in dust (one use per account) no one can do damage in her. Oh and with Raiden in party the effect will come more faster.
entertaining collection, but why the omission of crucial insights like "history records, but history may be changed" and "the sky is fake"? and "so long, suckers" always makes for a good ending
Great summary ^^ ! I still think the fallen star event (as many more) should have been a quest for new players. I missed this part of the story, discovered it later, and that's not insignificant at all !! ^^'
i didnt know what I was doing in the first year, I rushed through all the gameplay and events. I also used the festering desire (the best event sword ever) as a level up material for a hp claymore..... (smh)
im so happy i was able to findd this game when it released, its so pretty, a shame it gets backlash because of some nasty people in the fandom? but this game has amazing music, features and just everything is perfect except artifact luck and whatever the 50/50 is. I swear hoyo could get more money is standard characters were to stay on their banner bc some r spolid and some ppl like them so thats almost 2x the money if ppl want to wish them and since there r so many items in standard banner it wont be easy to say get ur favorite standard or weapon. Anyways i teared up watching this
Fun times, but also a lil traumatic. The difficulty we went through facing everything with the first name ruin, and exploring Dragonspine with the limited character selections we had 🥲 I guess new players still experience those.
hey i would like to thank you again for a whole year of amazing content, truly. i still haven't watched the last two videos about visions and Natlan because i haven't played version 4.2 yet since i have to wait for a new device but i promise i'll catch up with them. ever since i discovered your account (maybe one or two years ago?) i haven't skipped a single video, they never fail to keep me entertained. please don't ever stop making videos you're my favourite genshin related channel.
