Honestly, the fact that Kaveh is still Al-Haitham's "roommate" even after all the professed "bullying" says more about him than it does about Al-Haitham 😂😂😂
It cannot be accessed after you finish the Archon story, unfortunately. After Alhaitham and Kaveh's first fight, you leave the area and come back, and they give a second interaction.
