*Small FAQ :* *Which AR10 route is faster ? Amber's story, Kaeya's story or a mix of them ?* According to my comparative runs of Amber's and Kaeya's the winner is Kaeya. The main reason for this is the forced cutscene at the beginning of Amber's gliding quest. Without it she would be the fastest option by a long shot. *Why are you not doing Amber's dungeon skip ?* Doing Amber dungeon the intended way is about 30s slower, but you get 3 more chests from it. Picking up chests take on average 6 extra seconds which means this skip saves around 12s. If you were to fail this skip even once you would be losing time. I'm not consistent enough on this so I prefer taking the slower route. *What are the fastest ways of movement ?* *ERRATUM* : Looks like my previous statement was technically correct but very suboptimal. Without Kaeya the fatest way to move across long distance is Bhops. Second best is by chaining dashes with the tallest character you have (Kaeya>Lisa>Traveler>Amber). For the beginning of the game, when Traveler is the prefered character for movements, Bhops (almost flawless) are about 13% faster than chaining dashes. With Kaeya in your party, using him as your out-of-combat character, chaining dashes is about 4%/9% faster than bhops (depending on how good you are at bhops) To chain dashes quickly tap dash then wait for your stamina to start regenerating and dash again. Repeat... Note: The technique I used to chain dashes in this run is suboptimal. The intent was to cancel the delay before regaining stamina by attacking+jumping but in reality you only have to tap the dash button and you won't have issues. *Why are you using Kaeya as your main dps ?* Everyone has it's preferences. I'm not too certain that Kaeya is the better character compared to Traveler or Lisa but he has a few upsides. Using him means proc'ing Superconduct (Cryo+Electro) is easier because you won't have to swap characters too much. He has a stronger base attack than Traveller. The route also contains a good amount of pyro slimes he is effective against (using Melt). *What's better : keyboard/mouse or controller ? Your aim sucks btw* That is up to you to decide which one you prefer. I like using a controller whenever possible. Controller is faster for some of the menu'ing. I find keyboard/mouse to be easier for aiming, for Amber's skip and it's the only way to perform Barrier Skip in Prologue%. *So you're using English voice over Japanese one ? Isn't that heresy ?* That's right English voices > Japanese voice. On a more serious topic, there is no noticable difference in dialogue speed between different languages (voice or subtitles).
