This 25 minute guided yoga class we practice pranayama breath work Asana yoga posters and a guided relaxation. It's a gentle class but still will produce a bit of heat in the body. The breath will help balance out our energies and the final relaxation Savasana Will integrate the practice deep into our physical mental and spiritual bodies, I hope you enjoy this lesson and please like and comment.
