I teach a regular weekly gentle hatha yoga class. I wanted my class to be able to practice at home and continue working on the sequence of movements, increasing their strength, confidence and creating space in their body. You are welcome to follow along. This is flow has a few sun salutations, warrior2 and warrior 3, with lots of cues along the way to help you self adjust.
