just learned about this video from my college yoga course. I am now incorporating it every day to help with my sciatic nerve/lumbar pain. this is great for me working office job to get my through my day. thank you
Brett, I've done your "morning yoga" ( 17mins") for years. when you are wrapping it up I continue to do some sphinx stretches followed by more cat-cows, then 10 windmills and 50 in-air bicycles. At that point you've already begun "Gentle morning yoga for beginners: A full body stretch" and join you and it's perfect. I am a snowbird and will leave Illinois for Florida in 2 days. There, I will enjoy a full gulf view from my 11th floor condo and continue my practice with you from my balcony. Namaste and happy holidays to you and yours! PS. I will turn 70 years young on Christmas Day 2021.
Thank you for offering alternatives to certain poses. I have scoliosis with 2 curves - 1 in the lower back, 1 in the shoulder area. So alternatives, like pyramid knees instead of butterfly was very helpful!
This was a great way to start my day after a really stressful week and I love when she gives you options I can give you an example when we were doing the stretch with our feet below the knee she said if you still don’t feel the stretch you can hold your leg behind the thigh form more deeper stretch

I have covid at the moment but hadrly any symtoms, so I still wanted to do yoga but something very gentle not very vigorous. Came across this video and I think it is so perfect, very relaxing and gentle but still with enough movements and stretches for me to feel a benefit. Thank you so much!
This has helped me so much. I’m a tennis player and I walk 3 miles every evening. I have noticed how tight my muscles have been getting lately. I found this yoga routine and I crave it now every morning to do some type of yoga every morning! I also love the 40+ routine you have for women. Thank you so much!
Oh my..I've been doing yoga occasionally for about 10 yrs. I have 2 trillion DVD & 50 RU-vid till I discovered your videos. Your videos are jus fabulous :-) After yrs of horse riding realizing that strength & flexibility are paramount for our well being. Excellent stretches, poses & your calming voice it is one of the best de-stressors I've have ever experienced. I'm also an RN & am sharing w coworkers. You are simply the best! A friend of mine sent me this video because I want to get into yoga. This is the first time I have ever done anything yoga related and just followed the entire video in front of a fire going in the fire place. I got chills when I did the heart center part and it was such a great feeling. Thank you!

Thank you Brett. I have been dealing with post concussion symptoms and have not been able to walk and do my yoga but I have made a deal with myself to start yoga now and this was the perfect practice for me today. So much love - Namaste!

I just don’t understand the breathing with the movement and am I suppose to breathe in through my nose and exhale through my nose or mouth what’s the difference thank you 🙏🏽
