This gentle 45 minute class focuses on spinal health. Releasing tension and tightness in shoulders, hips and the spine, this practice will help to invite movement and suppleness to the spine, increasing spinal health and wellbeing. This practice is suitable for beginners and older practitioners and for anyone who's looking to increase spinal health.
