NUM has become so irrelevant lately and pathetic. This one has his members buried at Lily mine to this day and he cant do a thing about, he is here trying to solve problems that are above his pay grade. They are not even supposed to be here. What a shame. What do the inspectors have to do with permits?? The inspectors were supposed to investigate the water body underneath that building and not the permits.
How about go complain about the mines that was closed due to the ANC corruption and thousands of people lost their jobs because of it. (outside the western cape)

😂 sory, but I have NO idea what the DA has to do with anything about this disaster, find the contractors (no matter race) to be responsible for this, or if the plan were not correct, get the people who approved it, if the materials were not right - get the suppliers to explain... can't think what any political party has anything to do with this dissaster SORY....
Has everything to do with DA their the one's running the municipality they should have made sure that they don't hire illegal immigrants for cheap labour...many Residents complain even called to Radio stations that many people who are hired n died are foreign nationals so Num is right DA SINCE must account if the ANC was the one running that municipality you guys will be making noise saying ANC must take the blame the DA should have made sure the Engineers n safety officials followed the right procedure interms of labour's regulations n safe working environment

@@qnybucks But a political party cannot take accountability for the contractor who failed to follow the building contractor rules and regulations and other legislations that come with developing a site....One of the ways a political party can be held accountable is if they were involved in appointing, endorsing, or otherwise supporting the contractor.
No farm workers have a union but cheap labour practice occurs all over South Africa in Johannesburg at the entrance of any Large DIY companies there Are plenty of African millaweons Zimbabwean holding banners to indicate what they do bricklayers tilers plumbers ect and there not qualified
Wow South Africans always too emotionally with everything missing everything I guess this is not the time to point fingers of course we are mourning for the lost of lives but we have to control ourselves and sympathys with the families,I hope yhe investigation will explain what exactly happened but let us not try to play politics with so many lives that is lost,it is so painful,I guess now we want to hear from inspectors report so we'll have an understanding of what happened to prevent a similar accident in future again let everyone involved be of sober habit God help the families with strength they need right now.
