alot of detention centers are masked as normal buildings. from the outside you wouldn't think anything about it, but just behind those walls, its your typical prison.
The state has been closing prisons here in Massachusetts. MCI Concord is one of them (the same town as the Battle of Lexington and Concord). It’s great to be closing prisons, but this one was surrounded by million dollar+ homes… like c’mon we know why you chose that one.
