I'm not sure what you mean: Missy appeared in TBBT first and then they cast the child actress in Young Sheldon later, while Georgie first appeared on YS itself and they then cast his adult TBBT counterpart later.

What I mean is that he was of course his mean self a bit in the second last episode in season 11 but then (with Leonard's help) Sheldon finds out that he had sacrificed stuff for him while he was in college and taking care of Mary and missy and Sheldon didn't even thank him until the end of that episode, and then in the finale of season 11 he was all right like everyone else and then again in the fourth in season 12 he was all right once again which I found interesting for no reason.
