But he is also right that we should respect lgbts choice and live together in peace, but doesn't mean we should be forced to teach their beliefs to our children. If tomorrow there are people who feel a way towards animals doesn't mean we are to teach that to our children.

The interviewer did his job, which is to ask questions and get answers to said questions. He’s a politician, the purest definition of a public figure, he should expect being asked any and every question. He’s paid by your money to make his opinion clear and transparent to people, especially on topics that are affecting people. Not enough journalists do it effectively nowadays, and that’s a huge, huge issue. Politicians and random people are given this open-to-all *profit-based* platform, that happen to be perfect to spread lies on national TV that go on too many times completely uncontested. That’s the origin of collective delusions and dissonance, and it’s hurting us all so it needs to end. Stop putting people you don’t know in power. Remember that we get to know people during a conflict, not when everything’s smooth and fine. And with this in mind, rewatch that video.. appreciate how he, the politician making big $ from your taxes, handles a soft/confrontational situation where he’s pressed to answer a quite simple but heavy question (aka a very-important-to-answer question), and this one specifically being fundamental considering the existing law. His voters absolutely need to know where he stands on this, and great if they get to see how he handles himself by doing so, how emotionally immature and self-serving he is in reality.

I know this is hard, but hear me out. You ask a question then you shut up. You let them answer. If they Don't answer you ask again. You shut up again and let people talk. Then if they don't answer, you can ask again or ask a different question. It's call having a conversation. Can anyone tell me what got accomplished in this interview? Today's reporters are not trusted. Some of you are going to critizise the mouth piece the moment he does this to someone you like.

If i invite you to my home and tell you that i want a friendly conversation and when you arrive i start to dig up your past to make you feel uncomfortable then the intention was not honest on my part and it is not a dialoge between two people. I am sure if Galloway would have been told to adress his opinion about that topic he could have done that live, the difference is that the interviewer was not interested in a conversation, he wanted to attack Galloway, and it is not productive for anyone.

This happens a lot. If you look at Moya from Novara Media, she did a whole piece talking about how she had been invited to speak, but it was never actually mentioned to her she would be debating someone. Novara put it out as a segment titled “This Debate was Ridiculous”. It’s worth a watch.
