George Groves is a different class boxer than Froch, his boxing skills is far superior than Carl's, and George is a more higher class person than Carl also, George comes across well spoken gent, were as Carl is a bit slow or dumb if you like, Carl has an attitude problem mixed with an ego I think that is what makes him a genuine prick, really hope George wins on the night and smile's into the Froch corner at all his security and his low class family, I can see Groves winning by TKO before the 6th.
Groves was getting stronger as the fight went on, he started to school Froch in the 7th and 8th the laoves would st fight, and if the KO didn't come Groves would of taken the last 4 round too
I used to think it was just banter and all an act with him but i think its pretty clear now that he is just a very arrogant, smarmy and smug guy who loves to moan and is in denial about a lot of things as well, its easy to see why so many dont get on with him in the boxing world. His response to being aggravated by the shove was clearly disingenuous as was his idea he that he controlled that situation. I also think Lee Froch is getting to him (which is just a tactic by the Froch camp) and he is annoyed that he cant get to Carl as he did in the 1st fight. Mike I got a feeling your right. I think Froch genuinely wanted to finish it too early last time and that is why he got knocked down. I also worry that George is focused on all this COD and twitter insults. Froch is quietly swimming in the mist lurking around like a Great White and nobody apart from you and I can see it coming. On what basis are we A- going to suddenly see the best of Carl Froch (asuming that is even good enough) and B- see Froch give George a pasting? You can only judge the second fight on what we saw in the first. Which was Groves took Froch apart for 6 rounds at will, he was too fast, too slick, too accurate and too powerful; and Froch looked lost. Groves then got cocky and so dropped his hands to slip shots and got hit with silly punches. This ultimately slowed him down and allowed Froch a chance to get back in the fight. For Carl to suddenly say he's now loads more motivated compared to the first one therefore Groves will get squashed is ludicrous. I do think Froch camp have made a concious effort to get his bro's involved to intimidate George and I think Lee is bothering him. But ultimately once the bell goes, George will switch on and his skills will shine through. Froch simply doesn't have the tools and if he tries to walk through him ala Bute he will get stopped. Just my opinion.

GG is relaxed he know he has this, People forget he changed trainer and was in legal battle weeks before the first fight and put in that class performance, always has Froch rattled aswell, What are the chances Groves win and its Froch this time pushing for another fight lol
In my opinion the only thing grove's needs to concentrate on is being able to keep his hands up and exchange with froch for the full 12 rounds, if he can do that i think its a easy win for groves. He did look as though he was blowing in round 9 in the last fight. Good luck groves !
I do like him as a fighter, but really Groves talks some absolute nonsense. He seems to think this is some foregone conclusion, yet he forgets the fact that he lost to Carl Froch putting in one of the worst performances he's put in for many years. As for the first press conference and the push, Froch didn't even look slightly rattled. It was Groves who looked like he was unsettled. Hoping for another classic fight fitting the occasion, but I think this time Froch will be really on form and will put Groves away inside 6 rounds.
