Unfortunately for Dylan, one of the injustices of being the greatest songwriter ever is a lot of other artists do your songs better than you Blowing in the wind - Sam Cooke If not for you - George Harrison I shall be released - Nina Simone and Joe Cocker All along the watchtower - Jimi Hendrix that’s just the price of his greatness

@@alightthatnevergoesout Some people may have that opinion but I don't because I prefer Bob's voice, style and performance every time. Even though other singers may 'sound better' to some people's ears...NOBODY comes even close in my opinion! You get Bob...or you don't!

Dylan is the worst interpretor of his songs. Byrds, Harrison, Mama's and Papas, the Dead, Jimi, Joan Baez, to name a few, covered his music much better than he did.

That guy is G.E. Smith who played with some of the greatest musicians on earth and was lead guitarist and musical director for the Saturday Night Live band.

I don't think the musicians on show need much keeping together.... he's the musical director and a good one...
