A beautiful tribute to a beautiful man. I miss him terribly. My aunt was cabin crew on the Pan-Am flight that took the Beatles to the USA first time in 1964. She still has a note from George that reads "Will you marry me?"!!
George wasn't the "Quiet Beatle." He was the _Overshadowed Beatle._ He penned some achingly meaningful songs when he was with the Beatles, he stayed true to his own vibe all throughout his career and then he went on to write some of his best songs post-Beatles. Unfortunately, George's body wasn't big enough to hold his beautiful soul, so God set it free.🕊

I once had a pint with George in his local in Henley, we stood at the bar talking for about 40minutes and he shook my hand and said thanks for talking! The landlord said do you know who that was, that's George Harrison, he had a big woolly hat on and I didn't. I never met him again. God bless you.

I'm so happy that we had a George Harrison between us, in this world... I'm brazilian, and I was just seventhin when I paid attention on him... This opened my mind to the espiritual world... So, I started to travel, I came to know kundalini yoga, I came to know Jesus in true faith as well, and I became someone much better... So thank you George... for been who you were in this world... I still love you, and respect everything you left behind for this world...You're the guy!!!!
So much of the Beatle's sound is Georges guitar working hard in the background. The links and little phrases he used adds the colour to their songs. R.I.P. The quiet one.
What an astounding writer, instrumentalist, and producer. When it comes to music, George was a tremendous and rare gift to the world, with talents and abilities that most people never really knew about. And just like Ringo, he always downplayed his talent, and worked to give the limelight to others. Self-deprecating, and one of the 4 musical geniuses who changed not only the world of music, but so MANY things about the world.

The world was much more beautiful when he was alive. I am at least happy to think that he didn't have to see all these things that are happening in this present world. I may not have been born in his time but I'm glad I came to earth after him, otherwise how could I have listened to his beautiful songs? Rest in peace dear George ❤️

Sometimes regarded as a passenger in The Beatles with his songwriting, but absolutely brilliant as a creative guitarist. His laid back presence was probably not recognized for being a stabilizing factor for the band. Not headstrong but probably the deeper thinker, and for that he was certainly very cool. Respect for George.

Another beautiful song by GH. This knocks spots of anyone who tries to produce music these days. He knew how to write the words which bring meaning to life. The music is ultra beautiful as well. Is that a slide guitar I can hear during the performance. The photos are to say the least fabulous. We all miss you so very much GH this track nearly made me cry and I am nearly 69 years old.
