I don't know what people are saying that it was obvious he was gay. To me he just looked here like a fairly shy person to the Limelight but one who was very intelligent for his age....a nice kid. RIP George. We will never forget you.
Wow good boy totally handsome that voice so adorable pretty young man 💓💓 those beautiful eyes those lips beauty unique / everyone miss his voice me too I love interview thank you for share a true boy such a lovely person.
Kids back then were more much mature than what we currently have... they were born and raise with no Internet or Social media.. which means they had to interact a lot with People.. and much more Socialized.
It`s amazing to think a year later Wham exploded globally. Wake me up before you go go, last Christmas, etc. He was incredibly talented and wrote the songs, sang them , and played many instruments.
@@suzywilliams6610 spot on. Where have these people been? We don't all speak like Boris Johnson. Most speak like George. Nothing to do with Greece whatsoever.
@@user-fq6hj8sg4s Masha hi! I'm from West London. I live in Odessa Mama now! It's a North London accent like most people there. Nothing to do with Greece whatsoever. His father was a Greek immigrant. His mother a Brit. North. West. South. East London have different versions of London Cockney accent. Think.....David Beckham. He's East. Jason Statham I think he's South. Guy Ritchie I think he's West. Only 2% of London speak like Boris Johnson or the Royal family. That accent is known as RP.... Received Pronunciation. The rest speak like the people I've described. Спасибо большое Мария. Добрый Пока 👋 пока 👋
I’m so happy and I’m 16 So cool how he was only 4 years older than me here Edit I’m 18 now and I’ve just noticed that this interview was on my birthday in 1983😍😍😍
Agreed! To my mind, only Elvis Presley at his finest was more perfect/beautiful looking as far as male beauty goes! Both had incredible singing voices, though George was a great songwriter too, unlike Elvis. But Elvis was a more dynamic/charismatic stage presence. The world is a poorer place without them(and Michael Jackson, Prince and Freddie Mercury too of course.) Their music and legacy will endure for all time!
Я обожаю Джорджа Майкла! ❤️❤️❤️ Его песни стали классикой, его голос, мягкий и мелодичный, восхищает до сих пор ! Очень жаль, что так рано ушёл от нас.
Ooooh, I have the episode that featured this George Michael interview but when Molly did interviews Countdown would only show a portion of the interviews and this is a long version, YAY!
J'aime george depuis les années 80 il est adorable dommage qu'il soit plus là j'écout'est c'est musique je suis fan de lui regine il manque énormément 😎😍😍😍😍😍😍😍
Wild stuff. For those who don't know, being "on the dole" means you are getting unemployment benefits. So George and Andrew were just living off the government waiting to make it big (get it?). It lines up with their song, Wham Rap, which is all about just enjoying life and not being in a job you'll hate because you can just live on unemployment. They made pretty good successes of themselves, I'd say!
At that time, he was not taken seriously. The others considered him a brainless brat who wouldn't last. In 1987, he proved the opposite with his album FAITH.
