George Strait - Amarillo By Morning ♬ Murder On Music Row ♬ Feat. AlanJackson (Live From AT&T Stadium) [2014 Version] Official Canal: / @georgestrait ❤ Official Canal: / @alanjacksonmusic ❤
Let's see how many agree with me on this. In my opinion Alan Jackson is the only other artist that can do George strait songs any kind of justice. They are both country music legends
The fact that Alan Jackson waits in the back for his queue and how Strait looked at him shows why country is the best genre, they all respect and admire each other
My dad, George, Alan, and Toby were my childhood. Now my dad and Toby are newly gone, and I'm hanging onto George and Alan with all the strength my inner child has. Love 80s/90s country like nothing else.
George Strait is the real deal, in music and in life. Decades ago when I was young I worked on the grounds at the country club where he lived. He'd come out with a big coffee and watch and wave if I was working around his house, he'd stop to say hello to people like a regular person. Nothing fake like some egotist working the room, just a genuine decent person who'd say, "Sure is hot out, do you have some water?" to the peons like me back then. For all his fame and money, just a plain talking man in regular clothes with an ordinary truck taking a few seconds to be kind when he didn't have to. Treated security the same way he treated millionaires golfing. A good man.
They still play this at Ohio rodeos. George Straits the man. I remember first hearing this when I was 10 and buckin at the country fair. There will never be another like him. God bless. From OH IO
I've been depressed for a long time, I seem useless and bad. This music has helped me relieve fatigue and stress. Thanks for sharing it. The person who is reading this comment , i wish you great success , health, love and happiness!
This video is a treasure. These two gentlemen define good country music. So wonderful to watch them interact with each other. It's clear Alan idolizes George, and the respect is mutual.
Both of these guys have melody like you rarely hear anymore. Both unbelivably good singers and songs that make sense. Country music is the best genre for me. And I'm British.
I watch this video over and over ! Two legends singing the ultimate rodeo song ! George Strait is the ultimate cowboy singer and dresses like it. Alan Jackson can sing any song to perfection ! Top notch fiddle player and drummer !
Two of the best Country Singers since Randy Travis who brought Back Real Country Music!! God Bless therm and all others who now come after them!! We are Blessed to be able to Hear them!!

It doesn't get much better than having two 2⃣ of the biggest stars all time ( George Strait and Allen Jackson sing ing a classic Country hit and , a big selling hit for both George and Allen 😊😅😮😢😂❤😂😊❤
I remember Country music when I was a kid. It was good. As I became a teenager I loved classic rock. The two were never meant to meet. I’ve only seen two live true Country music concerts in my time. One was Alan Jackson. Would have loved to have seen so many others when it was for real. Especially George.
Always think of this song when I drive through Amarillo. Been through there several times. Eaten at the Big Texan just as a tourist would. Went to see the Cadillac Ranch. Went east 40 miles to See the Barbwire Museum. Love this song and I was never I to country music.
You know,,,everyone has something in their life that they just wish so much for, that they can complete and actually say I DID IT!!! Well, as a musician I have always had this forever wish of meeting King George Strait and playing a song with him, just like this video. Would even love to meet Alan. Such great artists!!!!....I am so saddened that because of "TIME" weighing against us all, that I will never get this opportunity, but at least we still have them with us, while we have lost sooo many great artists :(
Seems to me with all the years of real traditional country music that somebody/bodies have enough money to set up a big traditional country music radio station with a far reaching channel so we can keep country music real instead of popping it.
