Kelly I use to work In Mexico for 4 years on an island called cozumel in a bed/breakfast loved it so much .yourself and gabe hopefully feel the same way after your 7 day trip. By the time you get back from mexico you'll have sweet potatoes. ( BUT AS GABE ALWAYS SAYS CAN YOU SMELL IT.)AND ITS TIME TO GET THE HECK OUT OF SHAPE. They're not going to produce any sweet potatoes up on the fence you have to take them and put about a foot length of the Vine and push in the center of the vine and push it in the ground and bury it water it it will eventually grow potatoes in the ground it takes about four to five months for you to start seeing the sweet potatoes. The lizard is an African Red-headed Agama, it is not poisonous, though it is an invasive species to Florida. It eats mostly insects and some plants.

That bug you hear in the background while talking about the bug shell is a cicada, the shell's previous tenant. Also, as a Georgia boy, pecan is pronounced puh-kahn or pea-kahn. A pee-can is what you use in the deer stand.

Bucks very often jump bow strings, the lizard looks like a red headed agame, and sweet potatoes work best planted in a “soft mound”... a large planter would’ve worked best there.

Funny Gabe! It's a skink that is invading you, probably an african skink judging by the legs. Skinks are blueish with stripes and red head in GA. I was always afraid of those things, come to find out they are NOT poisonous...it's just that frigging red head shaped like a snake. Great job Kelly on the footage of you and the kids! Keep the vine on the ground. The vine will plant itself into the ground and will continue to produce and before you know it you’ll have a sweet potato farm!!

True story. Last night, around 10pm EST. I’m just sitting out on my back yard screened in deck with the lights off watching RU-vid vids on my phone. I heard some loud noises in the woods early (doe everywhere this time of year, so I think nothin of it). Then, I hear leaves and foot steps right under my deck. Quickly flipped on the flood light, 8 point whitetail. Which then ran away, slammed into the chain link fence around my pool. THEN it got interesting. He jumped the fence and trapped himself inside. I have a winter cover that can be walked on. So it was pacing around at times on top of the pool cover trying to figure out how to get out. I got within about 10 feet of it to herd it back to where it entered as it was literally the only side of the pool where there is an obstruction. Fence is dented in several places that he rammed into. But what an experience. First buck that’s ever been on that property. In over 30 years. Or at least that anyone in my family has seen. I wish I had my rifle on me (j/k) 😂.

You could have planted every individual vine. Also as the vine grows it will put down roots and grow more taters

I missed a lot of white tail as they ducked under the arrow in flight, they do hear it and their natural reaction is to lower themselves to load their legs before they jump to flee. If your shooting from a tree stand you have a edge over them and they have less reaction time to get out of the flight of the arrow.

Be careful if you put it on the fence The fence can get to hot and kill the vine
