Cleveland avenue have been my hood since 1975. Things are a lot different from what I grew up seeing. Back in the 70s, 80s and 90s nobody on Cleveland avenue claimed any type of gang or threw up any gang signs. Back in the days we thought that gang stuff was wack, but now a lot of young guys supposed to be gang members I guess. I'm not against anybody making money, I just hope the young guys don't kill each other and stay out of prison.

OMG... I used to hang out over here in my teen years amongst a few other "hoods" on the Southside. Ex. Red Oak Projects, College Park Projects, etc. I grew out of the stage of liking to be in these types of environments because it became depressing. All my peers dying too soon and getting jail sentences spand out longer than they been alive.
I was raised in college park, ga, on both sides of old national in old town villa, if you lived there you know everyone called it “otv”, gobby road, I also went to Camp Creek Middle schools, the same school he mention @4:00 so we probably went to the same middle school depending on how old he is, I’m 20 right now . I also remember 2 chainz came back to the hood in 2013 or 2014 for Christmas and gave out presents. Growing up I didn’t realize how dangerous it was until I got out of there, and seen life cause that stuff was the only stuff I seen growing up and it was just the way of life.

No matter what city you go to the local hood folks especially the younger ones who haven't really traveled the world yet make the biggest deal about city limit lines. Old Atlantans who moved and traveled the world look back and lump Atlanta, East Point, College Park and other surrounding cities as one especially when you see other cities like Chicago, LA, Dallas, Houston and even Charlotte have humungous city limit lines. Technically the only person from Atlanta is MLK.

Being from the Westside of Atlanta i can tell you that college park is not Atlanta. College park is there own city and it's not Atlanta. Cleveland Ave is half Atlanta and runs into East point. Every part of Fulton county is not Atlanta because Fulton county is Roswell as well and that definitely not Atlanta. We take claiming our city serious that's why we don't allow no Atlanta hating.
