Hey, I love your videos. Also try raspberry leaf tea it's great for menstrual cramps and PMS. It slows down heavy flow and it's has iron naturally in it.
I think vitamins make you fertile lol I had been infertile for 13 years .. started taking vitamin d for energy and I wasn’t being safe because they told me I was infertile. I was pregnant in 3 weeks time 😂 at 37 and we said we weren’t going to have any 😵💫
Hiii😊 thanks for the vitamin reminder. My great aunt suggested this many months ago, and i forgot. Growing up, it was always used throughout my family members.
@@melanier7309 true. At the same time, I'm wondering if I would be able to stick to it when I didn't with msm. I'm better with putting things on scalp where I know it's not going to impact me elsewhere.
YOU ALREADY HAVE LONG HAIR. PLEASE DONT TAKE THAT STUFF FOR LONG EVEN IF YOU DO HAVE DEFICIENCY. TRY OTHER PRODUCT LIKE FLORIDIX INSTEAD.. PLEASE RESEARCH THE ISSUES SURROUNDING THAT PRODUCT!!
Akeem Pierre explains different type of teas to help hormonal acne and other issues during that time of the month... He is really good... I think it would definitely help hormonal issues...
@@Razorempress My top 2 are : 1. Some BY MI AHA BHA PHA 30 Days Miracle Acne Clear Body Cleanser (for active acne and for it not to show up as much on the skin) and 2. Anua Niacinamide 10% + TXA 4% Dark Spot Correcting Serum (for hyperpigmentation and acne scars). This stuff helped way better than a chemical peel did where my skin is actually way more even like I was as a child.
@@Razorempress AXIS-Y Dark Spot Correcting Glow Serum works too. It just took 2 months for me to notice and it's slowly improved my face in certain areas while the other 2 I listed showed me a difference within a month.
You do have great hair and skin ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ this stuff is so nasty though 😂 TRETNOIN helped my acne immensely but I would apply it on damp skin mixed with a Noncomedogenic moisturizer
