Love this! Could you do a video of you doing everything the normal amount of time you would that we could just follow along with as we do it ourselves? That would SO helpful!!!! I hate pausing and playing hair videos with my oily hands and honestly it would keep me accountable to doing the full length hehe 🤭

Hi Mya! This was a very thorough Ayurveda scalp massage demonstration. The various pressure points esp the one at the highest point of the head/scalp was profound information and resonated with me. ITA...this is very therapeutic and relaxing and commitment to a routine is beneficial. Appreciate you sharing this as well as your oil recipe. Happy Palm Sunday!!!! ❤

This was very helpful. I’m going to try this technique. I would just roughly massage randomly. Plus the pressure point behind the ear... I’m going to message this a friend and see if it will help with the hearing. He had an ear infection and hasn’t opened up yet (though research has shown to take a few years for hearing to return).

Good morning! Yes, team low porosity! Selling it? Yes I do have a vision of a small natural hair care line but that won’t be for a while. I don’t want perfection, but I do want to make sure things are done properly meaning research and production.
