Unboxing My brand new "Bundeswehr Kampfstiefel 2007". Im breaking them in in this video. Be sure to subscribe for Part 2, the riview!! Special Thanks to Mikael Ohlson for the video footage.
I just bought a ‘supergrade’ pair. Initially, they are good boots, but bloody hell, they give me blisters on my heels and they are bloody heavy. All the best.👍🏾🇬🇧
I bought a pair of grade 1's in excellent condition and the same happened to me first time out, after setting off on a 2 hour hike, just over half an hour in I was getting a bit of discomfort at the back of both heels and at the end of it I had two quite large and very sore blisters. So now before I go on a hike I have to pad the back of my heels, and it does the trick, but they are a well made boot, and that's why I was reluctant to sell them on
Excellent boots these are one of the best in the world. I have the brand new pair of them. If you take good care of them you should worn them for years and years with pleasure.
Time for the one year review? I bought a pair of these boots 6 months ago from a military surplus store. Manufactured in 2012 but never issued. Bought them for hiking but haven't worn them much due to the Covid lock-downs. They were a little stiff to begin with, but very comfortable now I've broken them in.
Hi Robert Baker and thanks for your request. I have the next episode in the pipeline. I just havent got the time, sorry for that. Iḿ gonna try to do some night shifts by the computer. Again thanks for the positive feedback!!!
Do you need to use warm water to break them in? Or can you also just go on a hike and wade through a ditch and let the boots dry as you walk? Might a bit more cold and squishy but is the result the same?
@Erik I’m in the United States where can I get them , please .. . Running in boots for athletes that box are a big part of fitness for boxers to prepare for fights ! Also what socks do you use .. ?

Maybe it's going to be a stupid question but why did you put water in them? Sorry for the question but I have never seen anything like this. Seriously would appreciate your answer.
Naaaah! There is no such thing as bad questions my old english teacher told me. I put water in them too speed up the break in period. You dont have to do it.
@Greet b They come in different widths. For instance I wear a 285 110. The first number is length in mm or Mondopoint. Converted it’s 10.5 UK or 11.5 US. The last number is width in mm. 107 would be narrow, 110 is medium, and 113 is wide. Each length has a different width available, so e.g. 275 offers widths of 105, 107, and 110. Generally, all NATO boots should offer a similar system in order to accommodate narrower and wider feet.
@@erikstodene4370 maybe. im not soldier, with this boots i can run about 1kilo, with another 3. but with this boots my legs are unbreakable on any surfaces. use it in hard conditions.
