The German Ambassador was not even ready to receive her so he cant say it was a mistake. When the stairs are set on the airplane you expect the passengers to come out. If she was early they would not set the stairs up like that. Obviously the Indians planted no red carpet for her and so they faked like it was a mishap with a meal on the plane and all that nonsense.
