I love to do Poland Reactions and Reaction to Poland videos. I especially love to react to Polish culture, Polish history and Polish Comedy. I started with a few Poland Culture reaction videos, then did some Poland History Reaction videos and I am doing now also Poland Comedy Reaction videos.I was impressed by the Polish Army in comparison to the German Army. And maybe want to do a Polish Rap Reaction in the future. I love to react to poland and do polish music reaction videos. I already did an unconquered reaction.

Its really like that, if you upload something multiple times also very similair videos, RU-vid might consider it as spam, atleast its not a good sign for the algo to share it too more people and this algo is really often very weird. 😂 The problem is most users (around 80%)dont go to their subscription box anymore, they just go to the homesite of youtube and scrol (me too) and there fore its important to please the algorithm 😅if you want that your subscribers see the video.@@hannanowik_UQra If you are interested: This video is on rank 8 of the last 10 of my videos (and the two others were when I had much less subs) so you can clearly see the power of the algorithm :)

Yes I can tell you about this video the CTR was great but I and this is sad, I am not allowed to talk much after the video ended because everybody immidiatelly clicks away and then the watch duration is really bad (only 20% watch me 10s after the song ended) that is the other reason, but I always only get data about this 24h later. This time I talked more about Germany and stuff but thats the weird thing (and I do it myself you just want to know the face reaction while watching not the explanations after). I know cutout one minute of my talking at the end, I doubt that it do anything, because its already too late, but lets see. :) Maybe next video I just say Bye, would be funny😂

That song is about Berlin and Germany. Some verses literally describe the two different cities, like "Lewa strona nigdy się nie budzi, prawa strona nigdy nie zasypia" (The left side never wakes up, the right side never goes to sleep). I'm old so I remember those times. The song was written in 1987, first performed in 1988, and in 1989 there was the end of Communism in Poland. I remember my shock, when several months later they showed in our TV news some Communist march in East Berlin. I was like "Wow, don't they know there that Communism is over?" So to us the East Germany was ever sleeping, while the West Germany was the opposite. Esp. West Berlin seemed like one huge party. At those times everyone read the book "Zoo Station" about a girl addicted to drugs. In Poland the anti-Communist opposition was huge, and nearly every artist tried to smuggle some kind of protest in his works. Since things couldn't be said directly, writing about other places, history, fantasy or sci-fi was a way to walk around the censors (i.e. Witcher by Sapkowski or Solaris by Lem). So to us it's a protest song showing that political oppression leads people to schizophrenia.

Hello Chris I am so happy you chose this song. Your feelings were right. It is protest against Berlins Wall (recorded in 1987 by band KULT) and it is so emotikonal since it shows the split of society and alienation of people living behind the Iron Cutrain. BTW I am so happy to see you in the better mood than yesterday. I was afraid you will give up in discovering Poland. Sending warm regards to you😊

This song is a protest against Berlins wall (song recorded in 1988, a year before the fall of the wall). Its metaphoric lyrics were to avoid censorship. The lyrics are about splitting your house, your body, your street into half. How left side of the street is dark / shut down and right one is shining with colourful neons. How left one never wakes up and right one never goes to sleep. And so on. That's why this song is important for polish people and that's why there is so much emotion behind it. Brcause it's fight for a freedom.

@@chris.polandA good question, but it was Polish Solidarity that initiated the fall of the Iron Curtain and, consequently, the fall of the Berlin Wall. I'm old enough to remember the fall of the Berlin Wall and the excitement I felt. For us it meant the end of communism. I remember how some East German citizens crossed the Oder river (even though communist soldiers were shooting at them) into Poland to get through Poland to Czechoslovakia and from there to West Germany... Everyone who was against communism, regardless of nationality, cooperated. However, the text is so universal that it currently fits the situation in Poland... and beyond...

"Everyone in the crowd knows this song." No. Everyone in the country knows it. Well... Unless they're in kindergarten. Those aren't ready to get it, yet. Once they grow up enough to understand the message, though? 100% sure they'll memorize it in two listens. It's just one of those songs we soak in with age. The words just speak to us on a different, very personal level. There are a few songs that it's simply impossible not to know. Even if you're into EDM or hip hop, there's a few punk rock and pop rock songs with a message that you can't ignore. There's this one, Mury, Wąwóz, A my nie chcemy uciekać stąd... too many to just list off. If the message cuts deep enough, you can't get rid of it. It drills itself into the inside of your skull with large, heavy letters.

Its even not her song- its song of band called Kult- pretty legendary in Poland. I would say its like Beatles or Pink Floyd for Polish people- but more... Polish. More brute, very true and observative- its hard to describe. 3. Its not like every concert in Polsand is like that, that is Polandrock festival (former known as woodstock festiwal)- its the biggest open air festival in Europe. Actually it was specificlly made near Germany-Poland border, so more Germans can come, and to integrate our nations- that is the reason i think You sholud watch more of videos from that festival.

It's about Berlin which was divided by the wall and division in general. We, people are always divided by culture, character, religion, points of view etc. and we can't be united.

I've been there just under the scene. The magic was that, there were fences deployed, but at the beginning of that song we broke them. Security was hiding. I still can feel the pressure on my back...

to piosenka z polowy lat 80. zespołu Kult o podzielonym Berlinie.

After reading the self-bio book by Katarzyna Nosowska, to all the explanations about Berlin, iron curtain and present situation, I can add, that her emotions come probably from her hard private life as well (i.a. violence at home).

Yes, it's a song about the division of a country, referring to the Berlin Wall. However, you need to understand the contemporary context. The song was performed in 2017 when Poland was deeply divided by the politicians of the Law and Justice party (PiS). There were "us" and "them." "Us-good" and "Them-worse kind." Those who were labeled as the worse kind were opponents of the far-right government. This is why Kasia Nosowska cried while performing this song, as it reflected the social mood and the dramatic division of the country.
