I have a 10week baby. I did your method. I have not had one poopy incident. He now walks to the front door and sits. I have had a titi accident but I think that may have been on me as it was close to the front door. Thank you sir!

Myself I would not have fun with a puppy that I wouldn’t immediately start potty training. That system really trains them fast. Having a well trained puppy is really enjoyable. I love training and following your system. Every day enjoy and work them. 🙌

Hey Charles can you advise me on how you would handle puppy potty training regarding in the early morning hours such as 1:00 or 2:00 am for example. Would you still play with them that early in the morning to show the reward of going potty or do we need to set the mark that it is still bedtime and put the puppy back in his crate? I have had some that just want to go out, do their business, and go back to the crate to sleep...AND others that want to PLAY until tired at 2am!!! I just flow with it. It doesn't last long and is SO worth it in the long run. GSM

My GS pup will not poo outside. She will pee but not everytime outside. There is some snow on the ground, maybe its the snow? She is just a little over 2 months old.

Hey Charles, quick question is it better to start an eight week old puppy learning the specific place to potty or just start with a potty command. We built a puppy pad with pea gravel, but he is refusing to use it and only will pee and poop everywhere in the yard but the pad we built? Please help us!!!

I wanted to add one additional thought… when he was on it the garbage truck came down the road and now I am wondering if he associates the scary noise with the outdoor pad. Can I get your thoughts on how to disassociate the fear connection with the pad. Thank you so very much

I’m working on training a litter of 8 to use the pine shavings right now. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong but despite keeping the pen very clean so there’s no potty smell anywhere except the litter pan, half of them still just potty wherever. I feel like I spend my entire life cleaning up to encourage use of the litter pan and they just aren’t getting it. Any suggestions?
