You do know that 👑 Rhaella Targaryen, who coronated her last living son after the sack of King's Landing, was the great granddaughter of Lady Dyanna Dayne and Prince Maekar Targaryen right?!? This may explain why the Darkstar is the ONLY character in all the aSoI&F books who does not have an exact birth year but rather a birth delta of 270-274 AC. He could be the false identity of the last living son of the Mad King and heir to the Iron Throne who was properly coronated by the Queen of Westeros as 👑 Viserys III.
