Thank you for all your hard work and research. I saw a tv show last night called the brain. It certainly has made me rethink how I use my brain for the better. It was so interesting that phone notifications are dopamine triggers. Have a great day

I love this challenge Jennifer! But I have a question regarding the 5x5 brain breaks each day, and that is . . . What does a brain break look like? Is it simply a pivot, to something different, a different task? Is it a quiet meditation? Do I go fill up my bird feeders? Take a nap? Are you recommending that we do something that does not involve our brain, and what would that be? Hope to hear back from you or your team! sincerely, cyn

What about environmental toxins, and biotoxins (including mycotoxins) that adversely affect the brain, neurocognitively? Math problems, organizing thoughts/tasks, word finding, memory, focus and attention will continue to be problematic until this root cause of brain dysfunction is addressed. Detoxifying the liver and brain are key!! Hopefully, your center addresses this aspect of patient care.
