Hello my young friend, I am 65 years old. Out of great enthusiasm, I happened to buy a small set of bench press and couple of dumbbells….. long time ago ( around 32 years) toSTART exercise and keep my figure in shape. They are in my garage, still with the original price tags hanging on them. Is it too late to start just to improve my physical appearance by working with dumbbells to improve my shoulders and arms? ( Medically, I am in great condition) Please advise. By the way I liked your ( silent) coaching video. ( Do you ever talk and explain with audio in your recordings for your fans to listen?) The heavier the dumbbells, the better, but make sure they are right for you - you can work out with the weight you have available to you until you reach muscle failure.
