The browser link for bmbf to upload mods won't work for me for some reason, I've typed out the hyperlink many times correctly but it's keeps coming up with an error saying "this site cannot provide a secure connection"

To anyone out there doing this: Be sure to keep trying if it won't sync for you at the end bit! I had the same issue with downloading the modded beat saber too. I just had to keep trying until it finally stuck. I also tend to have slow internet because of where I live so if you have the same issues as I do, don't give up! Keep trying to sync it until it shows up as "active mod" in the mods list on BMBF. It'll work eventually! Naysy, thank you so much!! I had asked on another video why I couldn't play some of the custom songs I downloaded and you replied that I would need noodle so I got that and chroma and now everything works as far as I can tell! It's super cool!! I can't wait to blow the fams mind tomorrow when I show them. Thank you endlessly for your simple & concise videos. 💜😊 Now I want to figure out how to make my own song maps next!

I somehow found that mod website myself and got my mods back after I updated to 1.20, so now I can use noodle extensions again

Thank you so much. best tutorial for getting noodles and chroma for Quest. I had an issue earlier when I open Beat Saber it always crash but I saw your post that it just need a quick fix from BMBF and then it working and follow through the rest of your tutorial without any issue.

When I had mods I used to just use the discord in bmbf through the oculus it’s self to download sabers and it worked that way

Hey, everything's all set and I've done this process before, but this time around the custom types mod isn't turned on and is grayed out, not allowing me to enable it. It's an essential mod and nothing else works without it, any ideas on how to fix this? EDIT: A solution I found is just downloading the mod manually from the list in the description, can't always count on BMBF to do everything for you.

Hey Naysy, I've been following you for a couple years now and have appreciated all of the help that has come from your channel. I ran into a tiny problem though and was curious if you could help me out. I followed your video to a T, checked versions for everything, downloaded the APK both through side quest and the links you gave(for mods and our personal http browser from our quest), but the mods won't show up. I've deleted them, redownloaded and still have had no luck adding chroma, Noodle, or Qosmetics. Hope you see this and thank you again for all you do for this community of gamers!!

Everyone who's having problems, mods have updated to 1.24, so there is no downgrade necessary. you can skip to 04:29 because it is outdated on 1.24, noodle extensions, chroma and beat-together have released mapping extensions, quosmetics and scoresaber are yet to release

for some reason when I try opening beat saber it comes up with me having to update the game the it asks me to restore it (I know just to open the app) but then it says beat saber keeps closing but I'm not sure why that is so I'm wondering if you can help me thanks!

I love your stuff on RU-vid - something is missing though, doesn't quite line up: One installs the APK kit with SideQuest. Then uses BMBF to UNINSTALL the unmodded and the INSTALL a modded version with BMBF, correct? The problem comes next - the BMBF interface then does the mod step but core mods didn't load at all. I can get the IP address connection and upload for the mods out of the Qmod group just fine - but without the CoreMods there's nothing of course. :( Any suggestions on where core mods went? ugh

Now you can also install mods like Chroma and the Nodle extention in BS 1.24. Only custom Sabers are not available

So I have a question. When i modded BS it worked fine . I would click to keep it on the older version and then click to keep the "Unofficial" app. it worked fine for a while but all of a sudden i tried to open BS and it let me, but as soon as i agreed to the "Privacy Policy" it brought me back to the home and asked to restore the app.

Unfortunately it seems to just crash, I restarted my quest 2 3 times to see if it would do anything but as soon as I sync the mods it won't let me go on beat saber, it just says something like 'beat saber keeps stopping' and then the only option is to close the app. It does however work on version 1.21 although obviously that version does not have noodle etc which is a big let down, if you see this do you have any advice? Thanks for reading anyways, if you do that is :)

It says that when you try to downgrade beat saber now it does not really work meaning that the page where you get the download is blocked? I dont know what happened but Naysy you are a VERY helpful person for beat saber your vids are awesome!
