Beat Saber CUSTOM SONGS - PC Steam VR & Oculus

Life saver man, thank you! Currently own an Oculus Quest 2 and so bored of the songs in the game and I refuse to buy songs since I'm an OSU player as well I like to download everything. I play with Quest Air-Link to Steam and it works great!

quick question: beat saber on steam vr would it work with oculus and would mod assistant work with oculus quest 2 if steam vr version is running and i didnt watch the full video btw but the first miniute looked good

Literally the EASIEST way to get custom songs is through Steam VR. I was scared to have to actually mod the quest but with this method you don't have to do any sideloading or developer mode or any of that. You just download the steam version then put the file into the custom levels folder. Thank you so much for this video! It also bypasses the issue with multiple users on the headset

Duuuude, I was going crazy trying to figure out how to do this. The last time I played Beat Saber was about 2 years ago and it was a lot simpler. I guess things changed since I last played. This was extremely helpful. Thank you a ton, my guy.

Tutorial error: You can actually just tell the file to extract itself directly into the "custom levels" folder This will prevent you from duplicating the files and eating up storage

hey, for some reason, the practice and Play buttons are greyed out. do you know how to fix this?

So I'm using one click, but every time I download a song, I get it in a folder like I'm supposed to, but I also get a copy of all the raw files dumped into the "CustomLevels" folder. So I have a bunch of folders and also a bunch of image files, .dat files and .egg files that are just floating around in the parent folder. Any idea why that is happening?

Does this also work with virtual desktop? (On steam for example?)

Please do a video on the 1.20 version of Mod assistant and all the settings ticked, because its VERY different and everything seems fine (having the mod menu in the game and settings) but as soon as I start a song everything goes black (like a black screen but in Vr) and I have found NO ONE explaining how to fix it, I tried toggling off some mods and all but still didnt work and using old version of mod assistant like 1.19 doesnt work, no mod menu appears to beggin with. So please help

Surely Beat Saber should give music DLCs and download options from the game itself.

ohhhhh so guys you have to go to his mod vis and get mods and then you can put the command for drive c/d and then you can get custom songs!

I did all the steps and downloaded it by zipfile and when Use air link and put my vr on I can’t find it

From the looks of it, ModAssistant doesn't work on Windows 11. I even tried to run it in compatibility mode.

why did they remove custom song downloading in game?

So on some songs it won't allow me to click the play button like it's not even highlighted blue how am I able to play those songs as an example the song, dadadada, I can't click play,same with,gas gas gas.

I have a problem. I set up my Oculus with my cell phone and downloaded beat saber on the app from my cell phone, but now I have the problem that the Oculus (on the PC) doesn't have beat saber even though I'm using the same account where beat saber was bought

hi, I wanted to ask something. I installed one of your custom songs to try and even though it displays in the game, once you click and start playing there are no notes for quite a few seconds at a time. Do you by any chance know what is the solution to this? (I'm using Steam VR)

I have Beat Saber on my Quest, but in Oculus Link it's still trying to charge me $29.99 for it, even with the headset linked. am I missing something or do I really have to buy it a second time to have it on Link as well?
