this woman is beyond a piece of work, there are a lot of people like her around unfortunately--the fact that she got legal action against him is awful and doesn't say much for people in her area
He was doing all that for $10 A WEEK? This lady is NUTS! She had a great thing going and blew it up because she doesn't know anything about how much damage hurricanes do. I really hated this verdict, not that I think JM was wrong legally, but morally he should've gotten everything he was asking for.
He wasn't hired to fix stuff. His job was to keep it orderly and to report issues. That is why he reported to her the damage and issue with the roof and she got a roofer or someone to fix it. Like what do you think ten bucks a week was asking for?
Oh wow. This woman is absolutely off her rocker. Imagine dealing with this after generously helping her for only $10 per week. No good deed goes unpunished. SMH
What really makes this so horrible is that his son was in serious condition and he even stopped to do something for her because he thought he had time before heading out to Atlanta, and his son died before he got there. That's devastating. Then he comes home to this old bat leaving all those nasty messages on his phone and answering machine and constantly harassing him. I'd be boiling mad.
She is beyond nuts. I live in South Louisiana, grew up here, I know EXACTLY what a hurricane can do. My kids and I have been homeless twice because of hurricanes, my brother and his family were homeless for 14 months while their house was being rebuilt after Ida blew off their roof. Irma was no Ida and she still did a ton of damage so no she can't say that he did any of that damage. She's never been through a storm, she has no idea what they are capable of.
Hurricane Irma had really demolished many people's homes. Living in Florida, before she left for vacation, she should have prepared her windows for any hurricanes & NOT blame him.
I get the feeling that he lives nearby and it is for a small lot. In FL, there are small trailer communities are the homes are not even 50 ft from each other.
She’s got some nerve. Only paid the man $10 a week then blame him for all these damages like a Hurricane didn’t happen. He had no issue with her why would he destroy her place purposely?
She was clearly going into dementia. Absolutely 💯 Irrational beyond belief and so incredibly cheap. What an abusive user that kooky lady was and PTL he got away from her!
So 15 pairs of sneakers is okay? 15 swords is okay? 15 bottles of booze is okay? But gun 😬 get out. Collectors are collectors. People that are passionate about their hobbies shouldn't be judged like that
listening to this case it seems to me that the other judge gave the defendant a restraining order because she must have told the judge that the plaintiff had alot of guns . i guess the judge in this case somehow missed that .
@@kenhawes4695 it's not just the president...it's also the army and the police. surly you don't think the police are part of the legislative, or judicial...i mean i learned this a while ago in grade school but i don't think it's changed since then. google it if you think i'm wrong
The hurricane defendant is a manipulative, disgraceful, unstable, mean person… no empathy for someone who help her….. she know how to play the system…. Shame on her
My name is Bonnie so I was looking forward to hating the plaintiff as usual, with a personal touch. Five minutes in - I love the plaintiff! He's a sweetheart and a true gem of a gentleman.
Why is Harvey asking the crowd outside about the number of guns the plaintiff has and not about the case? The number of guns he owns legally is no one else's business.
Is is why I don't talk to my neighbors lol been in my house 10 years almost 11 I couldn't tell you what my neighbors look like let alone their names I could honestly care less and this is one of the many reasons why
So he dutifully looks after her house multiple months a year for peanuts, and she believes he just happened to suddenly destroy her property and by the way there was a hurricane? Oh please.
Who would pay $10 a week and who would accept $10 a week??? She has no right to complain when she paid so little! Why did the judge not bring up this ridiculous amount!
So he has 15 guns... I'm from Idaho! Who cares how many guns he has? It doesn't mean he's going to go shoot the lady! He could do that with one gun! And speaking of the lady, I think she needs a little extra help with normal life's happenings in her area!!!
It's sad because this lady truly believes this man would destroy her home. No good deed goes unpunished. She could have really destroyed his life over her lack of understanding of the damage 90 mph winds can do.
Yep. When I lived in FL, had a hurricane go through and it ripped part of the siding off. So I and some family ripped it the rest of the way off on the middle of the storm to reduce damages to the home. It was the only thing damaged by the storm. It was still good enough to use to put back in later.
10:10 It's his RIGHT Harvey!!!! BUZZ OFF. You pretend to be a lawyer but you don't know the Second Amendment. He could have 1000 guns. None of your business!
Sadly these two couldn't even enjoy Florida. That's supposed to be where you go to live out your last days but I didn't think Milian would rule for the plantiff because the defendant had a petition signed by a judge and she wasn't going against another judge.
The old bat doesn't get it. Some scrapes on your siding AFTER A HURRICANE are not his fault. The point is that the judge at the restraining order hearing was a nutjob. That's not her fault, it's the judge's fault. The case should have been thrown out then. Can't sue her. She said what she said. The problem was that the ruling was wrong, not that the testimony was wrong.
15 guns is not weird at all for an avid hunter who has hunted as long as this man has been alive, plus if he came from a family of hunters whatever was passed down. Don’t be ignorant and try to make an issue where there are none. 🙄
Big game and small game you need to use different guns for. Then there is what you need for home defense. May also want one to keep with you for personal defense when out of your home. Don't forget your backup guns for those, last thing you need is to have a gun fail and not have a second or get stuck up on by a bear and only have something with a long barrel. Then you need you other other gun for you to not be short a gun when you are waiting for your gun to get repaired or waiting for a replacement part. .... Then you need you other other other other other gun for when the second amendment right is violated without due process or in case the gov decides to start going after the citizens. ....
I kind of think this ruling was unfair. This lady could have ruined his life with a restraining order and she doesn't know what a hurricane is. I mean I've never been in a hurricane myself but I know enough that it would cause the type of damage that happened to her house
What foolish, LAZY judge gave her a restraining order????? He needs to appeal that decision! Because the petition was granted, he should have appealed the decision before he came to court.
We own a condo in the Caribbean; before leaving after the Winter season, we are required to “hurricane proof” our place. If we overlook something we have an on sight property mgr. who takes care of additional measures since we, like Floridians are subject to severe weather every year. The defendant is off her rocker; too bad the plaintiff could not legally prevail.
"There was no damage at the time. Just limbs down." What are you TALKING about? You left before the hurricane, and when you came back, AFTER the hurricane, there was damage. Put two and two together!. Things fly around and hit other things! That judge that gave her the restraining order is a moron. His lawyer must have sucked too. He also shouldn't have shown that video in either court, because it actually makes him look bad. It looks like he went to her house to harass her. Any good lawyer would have said, we're not showing this in court.
Oh ya bunch of sissies, 15 guns isnt too much. If he hunts and most of them are riles then he probably has a collection. I am guessing everyone that answered that question has never owned a gun in their life.
I’m mixed. The defendant is confused thinking that she left her house in good condition and finds it destroyed not understanding hurricane damage. His video shows him going to her house aggressively. They always manage to find each other. They’re both stuck in their own narrative
*Ughh....I love JM but I do not agree with the verdict here. That old bat should've had to pay him SOMETHING. Judge Joe Brown would have awarded that poor man 5k in punitive damages*
and this judge has shouted over plaintiff and defendant almost the entire time whilst she waffles on then shouts some random incoherent sentence 'put the pause button on you'? wwhat??? smfh
