Causing Legal Troubles 

This is a perfect example of adults who hate each other more than they love the kids.

My observations: The plaintiff had a very aggressive demeanor that she couldn’t hide in court. She seemed like a total “Karen” who would bulldoze over anyone in her way. And the only one who seemed heartbroken over the situation was the defendants fiancé. I feel so sorry for those kids.

Can't believe the judge never once questioned the mother

As a mom…I’m just shocked at how quiet the bio mom is during all this. The stepmom (defendant) seems more invested in the children!! 😠😠

I get a bad feeling from the plaintiffs. I think the kids are better off with the father.

This is one of those cases that would've been perfect for Judge Judy, she'd have absolutely demolished the Plaintiff.

As a mom, I CANNOT FATHOM letting someone bully me into not even speaking up for my kids. I cant believe the bio mom didn’t say a single thing. I 100% believe the partner/plaintiff is a manipulative bully and is mean to the kids AND everyone else. They’re so much better off with the step mother.

The plaintiff is incredibly domineering. The actual mother of the children was completely shut down and looking at the ground throughout most of this case and that says a lot. I can't help but believe she said and did everything the defendants claimed because the big bully energy she brought to court was intense as hell.

The plantiff is the problem and the bio mom needs to get far away from her. Those children shouldn't be anywhere near that woman.

It’s crazy how the bio mom NEVER denied anything that the judge read the boys said to get the restraining order, the child protective services involved, or anything. Speaks volumes!

The fact that the mother of these kids not saying the word shows how abusive her girlfriend is

I lean into believing the defendant's version of events. From the way the plaintiff walked into the courtroom, her energy, and the look on her face tells me she's about the drama.

The plaintiff is giving me physical abuse vibes! She is WAYYYYY OUT OF LINE!! THESE ARE NOT YOUR CHILDREN!!!!

The plaintiff is a nut job with an uncontrollable temper who has no business interjecting herself in her girlfriend's children's lives. You can tell that she's overbearing in the fact that the children's mother only said about two words. The restraining order is the best tool the defendants have.

Plaintiff is not the parent and has no parental rights. The mother is a washcloth in a relationship with a bull.

The mom's GF is an angry teddy bear. She's just so darn rough around the edges it's obvious. Imagine her a male. Anyone would say the mom is clearly under some sort of abuse. It's only bc she's female and short that our minds don't see it but that's jmo 🤷‍♀️

It's fuc%ing crazy that the actual mom was silent . I believe the lover was abusing the kids . Those kids will hate them . I'm happy the father has them .

What a disturbing situation for these kids…I don’t like how the mom (plaintiff’s partner) was so quiet throughout this whole episode. Let’s say the plaintiff did only “some” of the stuff mentioned to the kids, how could the mom just let her gf do that?? Why does the stepmom seem more caring of the fate of these kids than the actual mother?????

I went through a similar situation with my ex-husband, who hated me more than he loved our son. I eventually had to get a restraining order for 5 years to get him to stop terrorizing me. Thankfully its been 3yrs since the order expired and we have zero contact still. Our son is old enough to know who is what and who's done what... therefore I never bad mouth his father and encourage him to have a relationship with him. He refuses because of all the terrible memories his father planted in his mind trying to get at me. Its unfortunate, but those children will grow up and truly despise them.

What a toxic environment for those poor kids. Divorce is already hard, these adults should be protecting them and nurturing them not making their childhood a nightmare.

If she’s not that parent then she shouldn’t be allowed to do anything to any of the kids. She always has an excuse. She should just stay out of it.

Why do significant others try to parent children who aren't theirs? The plaintiff has no business scolding those children! Dad's fiancé seems like a sweetheart who truly cares for the boys.

Parents and step parents that hate eachother more than they love and care for the children. Not all people deserve to be parents.

Kim is obviously the problem! Look at how aggressive she is in her responses! So many excuses. The mother is neglectful and weak, Kim is full of control and rage I could see that in 15 minutes no way she doesn’t see it in the physical!

I absolutely hate this Plaintiff. The mother of these children needs to speak up and get involved for the safety of these children.

Why is the actual mother not being addressed? If the plaintiff is that loud and obnoxious in public, there is no way she is staying out of things at home, and has been for two years. It is unfortunate that JMs words are going to be prophetic, those boys are going to enter adulthood hating all the parental figures in their lives!

The bio mom is a weak unfit parent she is allowing her partner to abuse her children, their protection should be her 1st priority no excuses, they will hate her the most

Those poor kids are shackled to a bunch of juvenile, petty adults. The plaintiff comes off as a bully.

These two parents use those children as ways to hurt each other and it's sad.

The plaintiff is mean and very vindictive! you can hear it in her testimony. She has also been physical with these boys and it's not going to last much longer because they will retaliate. I feel sorry for the young boys and hope that doesn't continue in them with their children. Praying for them to get some help!

Courts don’t give restraining orders for hurt feelings. That plaintiff must have really said some stuff to mess the son up bad.

Omgosh the plaintiff is definitely an abuser. You can see it in her eyes, she’s probably bipolar. My step dad was abusive, and bipolar same kind of eyes

Some people, and from the testimony and writing presented, at least half of these four, at least one on each side, may well be those people, and feel good if their enemies suffer more than they themselves are suffering.

I would like to know the outcome of the kids as they grow to legal age. I bet they have nothing to do with their birth mother as she seems to have chosen her partner over them. So sad for those 2 boys.

Four nights every two weeks is too much. With the two plaintiffs sounds like it needs to be supervised visitation.

Children can be manipulative. At the same time there are a lot of allegations against this woman. I can’t believe the mom is still willing to be in a relationship with her. When kids see the parents fighting; they will use that to their advantage as far as privileges. The children are going back & forth telling each set of parents what they want to hear. Especially when it comes to discipline..

The bio mom’s girlfriend is the problem! Either the woman is attempting to take on the ‘lead parent’ role or she’s just a control freak, who is more concerned with being the ‘head of household’ with all the control and power over the family. Problem is, she’s not the other legal parent and has no power over those kids! If a partner loves you, they’ll sacrifice for you and your children, they’ll empower you as a parent, even if that means the partner is on the sidelines regarding the parenting dynamic. Don’t overplay your role with someone else’s children!

I think it boils down to the older teen being angry that his parents separated and that his mom is a lesbian. They should have waited until they were grown and out of the house.

The biggest loser in all of this are the kids. I tend to believe the defendants especially since there was a 3rd party witness (coach to the parenting coordinator) saying the plaintiff caused trouble, and multiple times a judge ruled against the plaintiff. Plaintiff takes no responsibility for her actions and blames the situation on a manipulative teenager. Sad situation.

The plaintiff needs to stop having any relationship with those boys. If the kids are lying about her actions, she needs to stay away. If the kids are telling the truth, she needs to stay away. When the kids go to see their mom, she needs to leave the house or stay in the bedroom, not even talk to them.

The plaintiff is full of excuses and is a bully to those kids!
