Why the thumbs pointing upwards when doing front raises, rather than the thumbs pointing towards each other? Am trying to figure what is the advantage or difference of one over the other.

Do you get better results by not going the full range of the motion. I note many of the posted vids show guys doing the press but not going either all the way down or all the way up. I have always gone the full travel instead of stopping like three quarters up and then not getting the full contraction on the down travel. Any thoughts guys? Glad for some direction.

I have only recently started to follow you man and I must say great videos and knowledge together with nutrition aspects!!! I was wondering if you can give me some advice since I suffer from lower disc displacement and pinch nerves in my lower back...how do I overcome this fear of doing progressive overload with overhead press for shoulders and heavy squats since I just stick with a moderate weight and go for higher controlled reps...I know you got to lift heavy and tear muscle to grow but it's a serious fear of me lifting heavy again and pulling that lower back muscle to experience such pain

Nice editing bro and great all around video! Sure it takes time to put it all together. But quick question.. I could have misinterpreted you wrong, but wouldn’t the reason why you do the compound lifts first is because they activate the most muscle and generate the most power? Then followed up by isolated movements, which is what you did.
