That said tho, my fucking wrist was feeling it after like 10 or sum I didn’t count I was too busy listening to him. But definitely use this to work your wrist, and get a pvc pipe.

Wouldn’t be the most ideal exercise for the biceps but there is some bicep activation. Chin ups, bar/ring bicep curls are better

Austin as much as I love the pseudo push ups, it's been debunked many times that this works the biceps, if anything it requires front delt activation but not biceps

In this exercise, the bicep works as a stabilizer; the greater the lean, the greater the stress on the bicep.

I don't really understand why people go into push-ups for biceps. A much better alternative will be to just do the supinated planche lean. That way you can focus only on front delt and biceps. Also when you descend on a pseudo planche push up the biceps deactivates because it doesn't need to hold your arm straight anymore.

The only reason you guys feel the biceps is cause your able too use your mind too flex the muscle during reps. This is a push up variation that’s stupidly reversing your hands. Still works chest and triceps lmao

First time I've heard you spew bs ......I mean technically, there's some bicep activation, but not remotely close in sparking any sort of significant bicep hypertrophy ......the same way you can't call a handstand an AB exercise just cuz your core is engaged.

Seems like most people here understand but just to add to the voice: these will not work your biceps. Its still a press. The same pressing muscles (pecs, triceps, delts) are doing all the work here. By supinating the hands you may _feel_ the biceps a little more but that doesn’t actually mean they’re doing any work. The work here is still in extending, not flexing, the elbow. All this will do is maybe get you a bit more of an isometric bicep contraction which again, doesn’t mean it’s actually working and growing

People should stop calling these bicep pushups lol this form works the chest , triceps and possibly the forearm that’s it lol and if you lean forward like the pseudo push-up you’ll get shoulder action too but NO BICEP 😊 pick up some dumbbells do some curls , resistance bands or chin ups 💪🏽if you want bicep gains 💯

I thought that by using this concept of turning my hands backwards, but doing a triceps dip exercise... It would build my biceps. I felt the tension in my biceps. But I didn't know if it would be effective or not...

Yes more but it doesn’t mean no activation for bicep. It depends on how much you lean and how deep. It’s essentially a pelican push-up which definitely works the bicep
