get in the weight room, don’t fall for theses. muscle only grows when you break it down close or to failure. getting a sweat or increasing your heartbeat won’t grow your legs i promise you bro

Used to do 300 of these evey two other day . until.i hurt my rights knee while walking ( yeah, right, just tripping and falling on my knee) since then I can only use machines, and I had t stop doing all of these and especially lunges. A simple trip while walking
Your good dude, height doesn’t grow when you ask it to. It just happens overtime. Even if you might not be super tall, you can still prove yourself by working out and gaining weight. Height is not the only thing that matters. I don’t want to sound rude but I’m 6 ft, but I’m pretty skinny, that’s why I want to prove myself by working hard to gain muscles. People sometimes joke about my skinniness or how I’m white as heck cause I can’t get a tan for my life, but I’m trying to gain muscles to prove myself and get them to stop joking about me. Even if people make fun of your height, show them your much more.
