Very helpful, I have been facing anxiety for some time now and this routine is helping me to feel more grounded and calm. I need to start doing this every day.

I suffer anxiety daily every morning at the moment and my mum shared this with me. it really helped to think about being connected with the earth and loved the visualisation through the hands near the end. looking forward to exploring your other videos :) Thank you and namaste xx

I've just found your chanel though I've seen plenty of joga chanels, so I desided to try this meditation. It's time of our finals at school so I feel really stressed, but this meditation has really helped me. I actually nearly cried during my practise, so I do apreciate it. I will definatly stay with you for a long time, thanks from Russia :)
my mind body health class this semester has us keeping a daily meditation log, and I'll be honest that although I'm an avid yogi, I don't frequently meditate. so I thought I'd use your video as one of my first meditation practices, and since my lower chakras are the ones that tend to need the most love and attention in my body, this was my choice. I feel more alive than I can ever remember feeling after this practice. what an emotional turnaround for me from my day thus far! I will definitely be meditating with you more often!

Relaxed I ended up visualising. Saw a woman in a thin strap tap black background with white pattern. Face of another woman and the head of a wavy dark haired woman from the back.
