I performed this workout and got a CRAZY, INSANE PUMP!! RIP MOUNTAIN DOG!! YOU ARE MISSED BUT NEVER FORGOTTEN!! THANK YOU TO THE PEOPLE WHO KEEP HIS CHANNEL GOING!
Started doing your exercise routines for the past few weeks and I have to thank you.I have seen a significant difference in my body just by following your routines.Thank you.
I started using those handles for my triceps pushdowns and it's the best thing I've done thanks John...no elbow pain and a massive pump ..so simple never thought of this for years I've been using straight bar.
13randon 13axter yea bro I get some slipping, yes ez bar is nice to use but I don't have at my gym so this works well and no stress on my wrist or elbows.
I’ve trained for over 20 years and in this game you can never know enough Thank you John for your professionalism and thought that went in to your videos RIP big man.
Great content.John Meadows is one of the most humble bodybuilders I have seen on RU-vid.He also give tips that are pretty good as well.Keep the videos coming Mr.Meadows.
I am loving the channel. I think drag curls may be the most under utilized biceps movement out there. Love them. Can't wait to see everything you come up with brother. Strong work.
I agree man. I use the drag curl and I'm rocking some nice natty 18.5 arms :). Most people I train with are like what is the curl. Lol but when they try it they are hooked!!!
Hey John tried the workout. It was great and loved how quickly i got through with it. I really appreciate when you tell us how many sets and how many reps. A lot of the videos briefly mention this information or nat at all. But this is what puts the icing on the cake. Your arms looked awesome after the workout.
Just when you think you know all the exercises; John Meadows puts out a video showing you stuff you've never seen :) John, I think it would be a good idea for you to do a video on the importance of consistency. Younger fans like me see you as this granite anatomy chart, and often times forget the 30+ years you've put into this, and the massive setbacks you've learned from.
I did this arm workout this morning. You're right on point about that serious pump. I really like the drag curls. Definitely a different feel for biceps. The drag curls is now definitely in my arm program. Thanks for the great info and videos.
Such great advice and I love adding these quick routines to mix things up. Loved the video where you're at my home gym - Carbon Culture in Franklin TN.
Excellent channel brother! Very informative - minus all the b.s.!!! “to whom much is given, much will be required” Thanks for taking time to share all that you do! Blessings+
I've been out of the gym for a couple years due to 5 arm surgeries (Distal. bicep ruptures in both arms followed by 2 ulnar nerve transpositions). Been watching John for the last week or so and have already gained 2 inches on my arms just watching his routines on youtube. Ready to hit the gym but dont even know where to start now lol. Thanks john!
Fantastic John making faster gain since following your advice/ videos best ps I used to train with Tom Ryder and he won 1979 mr.orage county at Howard's World gym I lived in Lakewood CA. Working barges long beach CA. Robert Haller I friends Dr. DAN.
Reporting Back: Tremendous tricep pump! Did legs this morning and this was a perfect quick night cap routine. I dont have a dip machine so I did weighted dips across the benches.. And that pinwheel is perfect cuz I lack brachioradialis meat. Thanks John
John you rock man!!!! Love the advice and I have to say that the EAAs made a huge difference for me when I substituted it for my bcaas. I honestly believe that all the leucine from bcaas was catablizing my muscle because the ratio of leucine(heightened protein synthesis) caused a need to pull later aminos from my muscles. The EAAs have kept me fuller brother!!!!! Love your advice and I support granite supplants man. Not big on lower carbs and keto :) but love the intra carbs and EAAs!!! Great tips man!!!
Yes sir thanks for taking the comments please I'm from your old neighborhood by Gold's Gym on Indianola I'm in a wheelchair been working out for 25 years or so don't really seem to get the bodybuilder physique I'm sure you're way too busy but I was wondering if you had any time to help me understand that is a big request I'll keep watching your videos and thanks for your time please
Thank you for sharing your workouts, knowledge and useful tips! My workouts have improved so much these last few weeks! A big thank you from me and my Dad!
