It’s Day #17 of your AMPLIFY Challenge! This bodyweight cardio workout starts back to basics, adds intensity, and then “Ramps it up” in the final round for HIIT! Options to keep it low impact, or take it higher, as well as keep it standing, or add some cardio core.
That first circuit is not for the faint of pelvic floor!🤣 I am so stiff after yesterday's workout and a day spent shoveling mulch and pulling staples out of the floor, I needed this, thank you!
I thought I was too tired to work out today but I figured I would stay at level one. Welllll, that didn't happen......it's only 20 seconds! And, of course, now I feel engergized and so much better. Thanks, Amy, for packing in all that in a short class. I may or may not do a bonus burn later but I Showed Up today!
My thoughts the entire time were only 20 seconds 😅. I love the ramp up because it helped me get my mind ready to push harder. If that makes any sense. I didn’t think any of it was too confusing. Thank you!!
Any workout with a shuffle and some kickboxing is my kind of workout! 😁 Love cardio day and this one was so much fun. I always have more energy after workouts like this! 🤩
LOVE this format! I liked all of the moves they were fun and challenging for our brain and body. My HR was up and I worked up a good sweat also. FANTASTIC workout. Thank-u Amy!😅
My dream Amy workout (this Mar being the start of my fifth year of 5 day/wk Amy): kickboxing to the beat. Could do 45 mins of that. Missed an all kickboxing workout this month). Thanks for keeping me moving!

I'm recovering from an injury and haven't been able to do a full workout since Christmas. This was perfect. All standing and easily modifiable, yet I'm still sweating and my heart is pumping! Definitely saving to do this one again. THANK YOU for being awesome, as always!
Well, managed to do one burpee!😅And those turning jacks got me a bit uncordinated!😂But I loved the workout, because we got a lot done in a short amount of time! Thank you Amy!💗
Whew! Rampin' and ampin' today! That was a fast one and I loved it. Had to take it a bit easy on the higher-level version bc my achilles is still healing, but even the low impact moves were enough to keep my heart rate up. Was fully expecting a bonus move, but liked the cooldown.
