I feel like I need to tell everyone about this. I’ve literally struggled with bloating for years. I’ve tried doctors, macrobiotics, food combinations, sibo tests, literally everything. I can’t believe a 10 minute yoga video is actually eliminating my bloating. Hopefully, The gas for the first time will be back to normal. I literally want to cry. My bloating is a major insecurity for me. And to think now I actually have some control of it. I was diagnosed with the 3rd stomach disease this week.
