I'm 27, and feel like I'm in my 50's. That's why I'm watching this video. Dr Eric berg is relatable to me now than ever before. If he can feel great at 50, imagine how great I'd feel at 27.
I have been following his guidance for about one month, and I already feel the difference. I hope you are continuing and I’d love to hear how you’re doing. I have cross checked his recommendations with other experienced medical researchers, and everything he says seems to be right on point.BTW, I am 69 this month and feel better than I did in 10 years.
When I get cheap on buying K2 for a week or two, I will feel it in my joints. K2 is in organ food and natto, which most people consume way too little of, including me. K2 has also helped me get the enamel back on my teeth. From yellow they became pearly white! This is an exaggeration, but the enamel keeps building. I'm not selling anything, try any brand. With D3 and K2 you will feel better. But don't overdo it! You may get bone spurs. Slow and steady, find a balance!
@@nikkineal6431 Please be careful. Vitamins are powerful. Take D3 and K2 in small amounts. Increase if all is good. Stop if you get bone spurs. That is way too much.
@@almaburns6562 That is interesting. I do take magnesium now, but I didn't use to. I actually have a very tiny bone spur right now, since I really want to fix my teeth. We will see how it goes. Magnesium did not prevent it for me this time.
I had bad bone spurs 10 years ago as well as calcification between my ribs and around my joints. I started using D3 and K2. I haven’t had bone spurs since. My calcification has reduced to minor spots on one finger knuckle and one toe.
It seems like it would be fairly easy for him to drop in his suggestion on a safe and advisable range that he could recommend taking... whereas for us it's a nightmare trying to make sense out of an entire internet of conflicting information. And then when you do finally buy it and start taking it you have no idea if you're taking the optimal amount for the purpose you're taking it. It is the biggest frustration in supplement taking for me.
I am going to share this with my grandma. She has arthritis and it's only getting worse so i think this could really help her. Thank u so much for sharing this! I really appreciate it!
Dr. Berg’s videos should be a part of all our kids virtual classes! So many people do not understand nutrition and how our body utilizes what we eat, such important info that we should be getting taught in school!
Teachers, in introducing Dr. Berg to your students, this results in them taking personal responsibility and an interest in their own health and well being. Win, win all around.
@@jodifoster1697 They'd be all overdosing on Vitamin D. We have adults who don't know should but don't how better, you want kids to decide what to do based on RU-vid videos? How about parents taking personal responsibility. Or don't have kids.
Omg! I have no gallbladder from having mold, and I’ve been taking fatty acids, but never knew that I needed bile salts to absorb the fish oil, etc. I also have Lyme and it causes stiffness. My doctor said I may have had been bitten as a child because I had stuff necks all the time and screamed when my dog (a little Schnauzer), jumped up to say hi. I also had chronic horrible leg pain, which is from Bartonella a lot. Thank you❣️❣️
@@rexluminus9867 I do supplement with magnesium but I get my calcium from food. I have read many times from different doctors that calcium supplements will clog your veins.

Dr. Berg, every morning I get up and first thing I send you love, gratitude, and prayers. You have saved my life and my loved ones. I wish health, wealth, and happiness upon you and your beloveds. 💕💕💕
Hemp oil. And the macrobioticians have used lots of sesame oil. It is not so fat and can be washed off from the skin with just water. What about using some cheaper omega 6 oils if they are organic? The cost the half of the sesame oil.
Wish I'd known this 4 years ago before my gall bladder was removed. The doctors assured me I didn't need it but in fact the problems keep increasing as time goes by.
I watched your interview with Ghaida. I don't know how to believe it. You are very kind, this girl exaggerates her words and her psychological state, not membership, but she only wanted to attract the attention of others
Actually her talk about murder, execution, and crucifixion is neither logical nor rational, but the doctor is very good. That is why it is really true that it is clear that she wants fame and attract the attention of others.
Ghaida is a fake person and suffers from a psychological problem. She used to exaggerate her words very, very much. I don't know how this happened to Dr. Berg?!!!
Question: Is it advisable to eat some fruits with their peel, such as apples and pears, or is it better to avoid them because they contain chemical pesticides as a result of spraying?
I used to eat lots of fruits and had the same worries. But I only eat berries, avocados and lemons now...they are better and very low in sugar. You can buy organic. If you're not sure if they are pesticides free, wash and soak them in vinegar water for 10-15 mins. I hope that helps 😊
I love your videos and passion to inform your viewers. May I ask for solutions when one doesn't have a gall bladder? Mine was removed years ago & I'm now dealing with joint stiffness. What does one do when their body cannot break down or tolerate much fat? Please & Thank you.
Thank you Dr Berg - I discovered your RU-vid channel about a week ago and have already learned so much. I am so grateful and thank you for all you are sharing!
Thank you for your expertise Dr Berg. I have noted when I eat more carbohydrates, pasta bread etc., I experience stiff muscles. I have an non alcoholic fatty liver so I have gall bladder issues, gall stones etc.. I have found eating butter, cooking with olive oil, and coconut oil improves my digestion. My Hypothyroidism however has challenged me with weight issues, (slightly overweight ) so I am very conscious of my diet. 🙂

Dr. Berg. What is your take on Black Cumin Seed Oil? Does it fall into the bad seed Oil category. We hear so much about how good it is. Thanks for all your great videos.
Just found you. I have extensive osteoarthritis and started taking vit K2 with vit D3. I also am taking collagen. When I wake up stiff a walk down a country road helps alot. I am a vegetarian so I eat alot of eggs and canned tuna. Does tuna have fatty acids??????
I have knee arthritis which is really bad in the a.m. and I’m a OMAD person. I take vitamin D3(1000mg) K2 (100mcg) Magnesium (250mg) B2(100 mg) but not sure if I’m taking high enough dosages. I’m approaching 56 so I also take high blood pressure med and a energy & metabolism time-released multivitamin. I do green teas, black Earl gray tea, citrus bergamot Earl grey teas and I use vital collagen peptides powder in my coffee but still suffer with the joint pain in my knees. Have every vibrate massage machine for my knees and take warm showers or bath with epsom salt. Any suggestions??
Are marketed sardines & anchovies actually whole fish or reconstituted and shaped mechanically as with some tuna and chicken products? Why do canned/bottled anchovies seem to disintegrate when one is selected and pulled?
I just read a LONG webpage about Borax, or Boron.......these people have incredible tales of arthritis relief. I don't know if you know anything about this? I don't want to put the website on here without your approval......
Thank you, Dr!!! I am doing what you recommend and prove with facts. I take D3K2 together. Is Flax seed oil advisablle? Olive oil? I will be making a purchase of fish oil this week to deal with inflammation. And will deal with all issues posited here. Thank you.
@@irenerod5428 How often are you working out? You should give your body 48 hr to recover from working out any specific muscle group. Is your diet low carb/low sugar? You will experience carb and sugar withdrawls(keto flu). It's also ok to increase your carbs and sugars a little to compensate. Keep a food diary so you can see the patterns of how each change affects you. Be sure your getting all the essentials nutrients and amino acids your body doesn't make on it's own. Try different MCT sources, in case the company you buy froms process has a poorer quality. Look up antinflamatory foods and spices like tumeric to add to your diet. Make sure your getting enough b12 and D3.
What can be the cause of popping joints? It has been bothering me a lot for six months. In addition, elbow complaints while nothing is inflamed. Rheumathologist can't find anything. Doctor doesn't know either, blood work is good. I've been a strength athlete for 20 years, never had any complaints in the past. Fortunately, muscle strength is still good. What kind of specialist could I have my body checked by?
Hi Dr Berg...that you for a great video! Did not understand what you said about the remedy for the gallbladder problem... what was it that you said? Thank you!

I am wondering wether or not to take up residency IN A PHARMACY ! another video will tell you that it's good to eat meat ! There seems to be many iron supplements out there but now we might be afraid to take it ! Great informative videos on RU-vid but to be honest I don't know what to do for the best anymore except to throw away my computer and tablet and save a lot ANXIETY ! 🤔
Hi Dr Berg, out of the topic about stiffness. But connected to gull bladder. Does removal of gull bladder has something to do with angina? (I was diagnosed with myocarditis in 2018) Thank you.
@@karine8738 Hi, the EO Nutrition channel has also helped me get informed. Benfotiamine (B1) has helped diminish my joint pain, back pain and peripheral neuropathy. A low oxalate and low histamine diet coupled with supplements such as D3, K2 (MK7) and magnesium are super helpful.

@@karine8738 everyone is unique. i would follow the prescribed dosage and adjust accordingly. it's important to listen to your body and do as much research as you can. if you can afford it, seek the assistance of a integrative or functional practitioner. i'm not sure if it was the benfotiamine that helped me but i was heavily into a rice-based diet. for sure D3 and K2 were totally lacking. I took 2 to 3 times recommended dosage for D3 for many months however, i was very deficient.
I'm taking your electrolytes in water to get the necessary potassium in my diet. I have calcification in my left knee that bothers me and limits my movement. Should I take K2+D3? If i do then should I stop the electrolytes powder. Thx!

Dr. Berg, you explained exactly the problem what I have. I had problem with my Gallbladder for 40 years and I had fatty liver for 40 years. All those problems I fixed with your help one year ago. I don't have any pain under my right and left side ribs. I'm following your recommendation for more then 2 years. I'm eating once a day: Apple Cider vinegar, Green tea, water with lemon, Green vegetables, Kale (Vitamin K2), Coconut oil, Grass Fed Butter, Olives Oil, Cod Liver Oil, Pork Fat, Grass Fed Beef, Wild Salmon, 2-3 eggs per day, Nuts, Pumpkin seeds, Seal salts but some times I'm cheating for a few days and I'm eating honey, chocolate, Sturbacks and so on. I'm 6' tall and my weight 183 lbs and I'm 60 years old. In 2012 my weight was 250 lbs
omg! I want to thank you so much, Dr. Berg for your channel!! I just got my blood work done, and my doctor (who's been practicing in NYC for decades) just called me. He said that my blood work is in the top 1% in NYC! That's crazy! I never would have imagined! And all I did was cut breads, grains and vegetable oils from my diet. Thank you!!!!
Herb Bowler thats very worth noting. I do see a difference when I skip refined carbohydrates, high carb foods, vegetable oils and starchy foods (potatoes, etc). I’ve always had a BMI of 20 from going to the gym but with bad blood work, anemia, inflammation and fatigue. I found this channel after looking for what causes inflammation and just to get rid of that horrible pain I eliminated the above from my diet and added the 10k IU of vitamin D3 and the pain magically went away. I’ve been pain free for 1 year now and the plus is perfect blood work. I still can’t believe it.
@@SolarisStorm My BMI dropped from 25.7 to 23.9 since I started keto. To get to 20, I need to lose another 22 lbs but I have plateaued for about a month now. How much exercise do you do? What do you recommend?
pong4life I used to go to the gym three days a week for an hour each time: half hour strength conditioning and 1/2 hour cardio. But then I sprained my ankle and couldn’t go for a while. That’s when I gained 21 lbs in one month which I thought was odd. (My ankle didn’t heal for 9 months). Anyway, I had even more inflammation plus I had developed a fruity smell which now I know was indicative of insulin resistance. I ate bread every day with every meal and lots of it and (drank wine with it). In fact I ate more bread than the meal itself but had never gained weight cause of the gym I imagine. But after the ankle sprain I could no longer sustain the BMI of 20. That’s when I tried to google for videos on inflammation and found Dr. Bergs channel. I followed the advice and within 6 months the fruity smell and inflammation were gone - without having gone to the gym in over a year! That’s what’s impressive about this program. You dont really need the gym. I will resume my workouts to strengthen my muscles - not for weight control due to eating garbage. Hope this helps!
It's quite simple everyone who has unfortunately had their gallbladder removed should take bile salts for life. Yes Dr Berg has said this before in a video I watched.
I hope I can get bike salts in Ecuador! I have no gallbladder, IBS and long covid. Now I can barely get out of bed, I am so stiff! Going shopping tomorrow to see if I can find bile salts

I have severe ME, and I can't concentrate and take things in, with some other videos. My god! I wish you were my doctor! I get no help whatsoever with my conditions, chronic pain etc in the uk.
I clicked straight away because I’ve been very stiff lately. I went off keto during lock down and need to get back on it!!! I see that now. Thanks for the information Dr Berg 👍🏾
Dr. Berg, I woke up so stiff I hate it. Strangely enough this was the first video I saw in my feed. My prayer was answered as i just said a little prayer. 🌞 I really appreciate your inspiring guidance to a better quality of life. 😊

I’m a 64 year old female. I lost about 40 pounds on keto. Felt great. Went through a kitchen Reno and went off keto 10 months ago. I’ve put 15 pounds back on and now I am experiencing a lot of stiffness and soreness in my joints. It’s getting worse as time goes on. I’m going to go back on keto.
I'm 56 yr old mail and active but as soon as is it down for 10 minutes or more then get up I struggle for about 4 minutes until I get moving again.I watch your clip and I took that I need K2 AND D3 plus omega 3 but how much IU.Thank you
Dr. Berg nails it. I have virtually cured my stiffness by taking cod liver oil, D3+K2, and avoiding seed oils along with a keto diet. Turmeric, and glucosamine also seems to help. I do eat lots of red meat but I am going to give blood and see if that helps with the excess iron. I avoid pasta and other grains.
