These are my dream wheelset for my new Giant TCR. Fortunately for me dreams some times do come true. I say that because as of March 15, 2019 I should have a brand new set. 👏👍🤓🤣
...very disappointed with zipp customer service. noticed a small crack and notified Zipp immediately, their technician response was that it does not affect safety but was caused by an air pocket in the mold during the manufacturing process. It's considered to be normal, according to their technician. I was not expecting such a response from a reputable company that allegedly inspect each wheel before being shipped to the customer. Such a complete let down paying for a brand new item in full and receiving a "cosmetically" inferior product
