Welcome back to another gym workout! This week we’re focusing on the upper body, especially your back and shoulders with a sprinkle of triceps and abs! Really focus on the mind to muscle connection and controlling your movements. The equipment I used was a barbell, dumbbells, lat pulldown machine, bench press, and cable machine. I hope the voice over is helpful and that you can try this out as your next gym upper body day routine.
Warmup
3x 10, 8, 6 Barbell Row
3x10 Seated Dumbbell Shoulder Press
3x12 Lat Pulldown
4x8-12 Narrow Grip Bench Press
4x8-12 Standing Lateral Raises
4x10 Cable Face Pull
Side Planks (3 levels shown)
V-Sits with Leg Extensions
Cool Down
