I was scheduled for these biopsies. Unfortunately due to a severe allergy to all local anesthetics, my neurologist’s office canceled my procedure. I asked to have the biopsies without a numbing agent but the office refuses to accommodate. I am very angry about this because both my neurologist and assistant have previously stated I could have the biopsies without a local anesthetic.

I have talked to my husbands neurologist several times about this and today was told, for the third time, he'll check into it. He and the np said it would have to be done at Cleveland clinic main campus. I'm very disappointed and frustrated.
